I had not been to a dairy Queen in quite awhile. I stopped in to meet a friend. Not being familiar with the menu is ordered a parm/ garlic chicken strip basket. It came before I could even sit down. The meal was hot fresh and delicious. I was surprised enough to leave this review. This location is very well run and clean. Solidarity was a very pleasant representative for the in house customers…definitely will stop by again

Took almost an hour to get two simple things. Even tho they had a decent amount of staff but they looked very new and the food was almost frozen. But there cheese curds are fire watched the worker literally pull them out the flaming hot oil. Very good sometimes tho I wud advise u go to McDonald’s right down the street from them.

We stop at this DQ pretty often when passing through. We’ve never had any issues with our orders.

Online says hours are until 10. App says pick up inside and dine in until 10. Pull up to restaurant and lobby is closed. Family with small child is having to eat in the parking lot at 9:15 PM at a single out door table on a non-existent patio. Questioned at the window, the manager says they close the lobby at 9. Not posted anywhere you can see or online.

I don’t usually leave a ton of reviews but after not being here in over 6 months because of being annoyed that they close earlier than their posted hours, I decided to try them again today instead of having to get out somewhere to get ice cream. I get to the speaker and am told they can only take exact cash, no cards. I was like well I’m going to need change back I’m not just giving you a $20 bill for a $10 order and not getting change, and they can’t do this which is absolutely ridiculous. Im a business owner myself and customer service should be top priority. The card machine being down is understandable because that’s not always something you can control but you should have a backup and be able to at least do cash with change. This Dairy Queen had went down hill so bad in the last 3 years. But the food and ice cream is usually good…when you can get it.

Dairy Queen is my favorite ice shop. The ice cream is creamy and they offer a wide variety of flavors and options, such as sundaes, milk shakes, floats, banana splits, blizzards, and ice cream cakes. The food is not great but good enough. Service is always friendly and quick.

Stopped in from out of town
My order was right
The bathroom was clean
The employees and Manager were polite
And even though they were trying to lock up and the employee didn’t know the password to the WiFi off the top of his head, he stopped and took the time to get it for me

Generally pretty good but I have to leave a negative review because they wouldn’t let me pick up a mobile order through the drivethru because I had selected ‘pickup inside’ suddenly after ordering that way many times before.
