I would have to say that I really love DQ and eveytime we take a trip to the south. On our way back we always make sure to stop by here since we have none in New York no more. Always get the banana split or the blizzard.

I came through the drive thru and ordered a sauce and toss chicken box and 2 pretzel sticks. This is not the usual Dairy Queen I go to but never again with I be going to this one. The bread was stale that I could barely take a bite and the pretzel sticks were hard and cold like they were sitting out

The drive through service was rude and our order was forgotten. After waiting for our order we had to go inside to chase down the missing food and they told us to get in the drive through line again. Still waiting in the drive through line….

We ordered two triple truffle blizzards with chocolate ice cream. The drive thru person stated their chocolate ice cream wasn’t working, so we said ok, vanilla is fine. When the girl gave us them they looked pinkish, but we just took them and left. First bite in, wasn’t truffle, but some flavorless brown small mess (maybe stale cocoa pebbles??). Then we looked closer and indeed both ice cream were pink, as in picture. Four bites in, our tongues were brilliant pink. Don’t know what this was, but sure would like to know. We threw both out and wasted almost $10, they are closed for any phone calls, and now I’m worried we’re going to be sick!! Gave 2 stars because every other time we’ve been here it’s perfect.

Went there and got the bbq tender basket w/ranch and when I opened the box, both ranches were curdled and inedible. Called to let them know cause it happens, and the manager or whoever answered the phone said that it wasn’t their fault and that it was mine for waiting too long to open the box. Extremely unproffesional.

Ive been to this DQ several times, never very late until this fateful day I arrived at 9:20 (40 minutes before closing). As I was pulling into the parking lot I watched two employees look up and quickly lock the doors to the dining room. I was exhausted and wanted a sweet treat very badly and needed somewhere to sit down that wasn’t in my car. To say I was disappointed and upset is an understatement, if you are going to close the dining room at 9:20 or 9 or whatever that should be posted somewhere easy to be seen and known. That being said, I will still be getting a Blizzard from here in the future just before 9:20 apparently.
