I visited today and purchased a Blizzard. They asked me if I wanted a cap and I said yes. I drove 4 miles to my house and was ready to enjoy it. To my surprise, I thought that they had mistakenly given me a milkshake. It was melted to the consistency of a milkshake. I’m glad that they didn’t turn the Blizzard upside down, like they sometimes do. It would have been a big mess to clean up. I tried to salvage it, but it was melted. Photos attached.

I stopped past to take advantage of a promotion that featured 2 Blizzards for the price of one. Their application asked that you press a button to allow the cashier to process the promotion. When I pressed the button, it presented a numeric code. When I arrived at Diary Queen, the cashier told me that I needed a QR code for her to process the promotion. I told her that the app. didn’t give a QR code, just a numeric code. She said that she couldn’t process the code, because their computer system hadn’t been set up to process the numeric code. I then asked her how can I take advantage of the promotion. She repeatedly her previous response, which annoyed me.
I told her to never mind. I would just go online and leave a negative review on Google Maps. I remembered that there was another location about 3 miles, and went there
The location on Bay Road was a better experience. They processed the promotion without any issues
The location on Walnut Street could take a lesson from them.

Went to walk up window. Had 2 guests in front of us, yet had our order placed within a minute or 2. Ordered 2 Smores Blizzards, and we didn’t even wait 5 minutes before getting our ice cream. Speedy, quick & efficient service. Location is off a busy intersection, so it is hard to rate on atmosphere, but overall a great experience. Hadn’t ordered DQ in 15 years, and was not disappointed!!

Got my favorite Blizzard. Was made with plenty of fillings, mixed up well and presented upside-down as they advertise. Nothing negative to add about my experience during this visit. Received fast and friendly service.

2 stars because this place is so inconsistent. I order one thing when I come here and every time it’s different. I ask for extra Oreos in my blizzard and more times than not, it comes out looking like a regular Oreo blizzard. It’s .75 cents for extra oreos and I don’t mind paying double that if they could actually give me what I asked for. Nothing more irritating than asking for it, trying not to be too nit picky about it so I don’t tell them at the window every time about how my order is never right and please go tell the person making my blizzard to actually put extra Oreos in it, but maybe I should? Never fail though – I get to the window to pick up my blizzard and I’m disappointed by what looks like ice cream and Oreo crumbs in my blizzard. I took it back to the window a couple times and nicely asked for the extra Oreos I ordered, but every time they act so bothered that I hate having to do that. There are rare occasions I will get someone who can make a blizzard with extra Oreos perfectly. It comes out with lots of Oreo chunks sitting on top of and mixed into the blizzard. Exactly how I would hope it looks with *extra* Oreos. It sounds like such a silly thing to complain about – however the only place I ever have ice cream and get to enjoy it with Oreos is when I stop by a Dairy Queen and it’s so annoying that I never know what I’ll wind up with even though I pay 6.50 each time whether I enjoy it or not. It feels as though some of the people who work there act like I’m taking from their personal Oreo stash. I notice the DQ going north on rt 1 a few minutes down the road is much more consistent than this one. This one always has people working here who don’t really enjoy when people ask for something that isn’t directly on the menu.

Whatever milk they use in their milkshakes gives me a headache but otherwise I love their food. The burgers and chicken are delicious and their Blizzards are one of the greatest desserts ever in invented!!!

Have gone twice & both times, our blizzards were missing either the cookie dough pieces or cheesecake. Workers had an attitude when asked to add it.

Well, it’s that time again, spring time and what better way to start with a Dairy Queen Blizzard. This is the best place around. The staff is always friendly

We love this DQ because of the old school feel ordering at the window with outdoor seating or sitting in the back of the vehicle. It’s nostalgia.

Thank you for the great blizzard! The low rating is due to the lack of customer service from Myah. There were several customers standing at the window for 10 minutes and had to tap on the window to get their attention. All three employees were standing in the back talking. When the customer wanted to order food at 8:30pm Myah said they were no longer preparing food just ice cream. That customer walked away because of what Myah said. I ordered my blizzard and Myah said to another coworker not to turn off the fryer because he wanted food. I hate being lied to by employees and turning away customers who were inline 40 minutes before closing time is horrible service. Employees like Myah are costing your company money and destroying your business reputation. I will need to reevaluate my purchases at this establishment until customer service improves.
