Disappointing Used to come here a lot as a kid, but I quickly remembered why I stopped. The portions are very lackluster, ice cream was already melting once they handed it to me, grossly overpriced and a lot of the memorable flavors are discontinued.

Ice cream machine is always down or not freezing the ice cream…. AT AN ICE CREAM SHOP! I ordered my ice cream got to the windows and the ice cream was already melted. Aren’t you guys supposed to do the up side down trick?…. Disappointed.

If you ever order a large blizzard, don’t expect it to be blended past the first 1/4 of the cup. Every blizzard I’ve ordered isn’t blended well. Most of the time it’s wrong ingredients as well. Huge mark up for very little toppings blended in. If i wanted chocolate ice cream, I could definitely get it cheaper else where.

One star to many. I did not check my order till I was at the stop light a short distance away. A mistake on my part. My banana split was mush. I had asked for one out of the three toppings, FUDGE. Instead of adding more because I had one topping… I got the required amount. I had much more ice cream of course and not enough topping…No nuts though asked for… Also ordered a large vanilla ice cream no cone with crunchy topping on the side… Again minimal topping. a quarter of a small cup? Maybe…?? And that’s just my order. While waiting for my order and doing the monetary transaction… One of the employees was upset and using profanity… Two of the young female for visibly nervous and uncomfortable. They were in my line of sight… Not only was my order not worth the $15 I spent, I had to witness an employee behaving as such fellow employees and customers. And this coming from supposedly honor roll level students of the local high school or surrounding…

Just ordered a large blizzard. They were out of vanilla ice cream and gave me chocolate instead, which is fine I guess. But there is literally nothing in the blizzard but ice cream…. I dug and dug inside the ice cream and it seems they forgot to add anything to it. I had to come home and crush my own Oreos into it. $8 down the drain.

I don’t know what was going on tonight but it seemed chaotic for no reason. I watched one of the clerks throw my sundae in the trash and start again after I’d been waiting 15 mins. It seemed like there was no order or procedure. Everyone was reaching over each other behind there, crossing paths for toppings, etc. Everything should be right there within arms reach.
