Spent $20 on blizzards and got soup. Normally, the blizzards are tipped upside down, it couldn’t be done with these and the employees knew it. The drive-through door was slid open they handed them to us and shut it quick and then didn’t even look at our direction again when I wanted to ask why our blizzards are so soupy. Done spending money here. If you want really good “blizzards”, Visit incense and peppermints they have their own version you have one and you won’t go anywhere else.

Staff were great! The location is convenient. It is a limited menu for a DQ. The only complaint was the set up inside. There is no noise buffer for the 3 staff members. The person taking orders inside had a headset with all the drive thru orders in their ear, the ice cream machine doing the mixing was loud in their ear and you have the conversation of everyone inside. No a deal breaker but be prepared to yell your order so the staff can hear it without either of you repeating it multiple times. Again, staff was great, it’s the set up that makes things challenging.

I was actually very impressed with the service! Long drive thru line was served incredibly fast and our order for 4 came out perfect. Our blizzards were fully stirred all the way to the bottom of the cups(normally it’s only stirred 1/2 way- a problem we have almost every time..) We were quite pleased with this location!

Sat at the speaker for 8 mins no one spoke to me. Got there at 8:11pm. There were 3 cars ahead of me and they ordered and got their stuff. Drove to window and they shut the lights off. Your hours said until 8:30pm?! No one acknowledged me at the window either.
