Every time we come to the Milldale CT DQ everything is always top shelf. The food and ice cream are delicious. The associates are friendly and welcoming and the managers are the best of any casual restaurant around. We eat out a lot and this is one of our “go to” places. Thanks for proving old time service and courtesy still exist.

This is 13.00$ this is literally maybe 15 Fry’s and 4 strips and a slice of bread . And I ordered sauce and no sauce they tell me that they have no sweet n sour sauce . Horrible service. No drink included this is horrible and they are asking way too much price wise for nothing. And the chicken was hard and Fry was cold. Will not return.

The Dairy Queen Grill and Chill in Southington, CT totally destroyed our recent ice cream cups with Magic Shell topping. There was barely any cream and the topping melted it within a couple minutes. So we were basically eating warm milk surrounded by a hard plastic coating. This is some sick stuff! We have had better service by robots!

Out of all the icecream places I’ve ever been to this DQ is my favorite. The staff that work here seem to love serving ice cream in a way I thought was almost scary. Eat breathe and dream ice cream. Gotta hand it to the management, they really must have a great handle on team building or something because my goodness, all smiles and friendly in this location

We called two days ahead of time to get the birthday ice cream cake ready the day we needed it. You must called two days ahead so that it is easier on them and you. They were very nice over the phone. They were as well when I called ahead before I picked up the cake by the drive through. Wonder woman cookie collision ice cream cake was the best ever!!!

The food is quite good even if it was definitely made with older oil and the ice cream was pretty good where it absolutely failed however was the staff as they were very impatient with people lacked any kind of customer service and rushed each person to get through their order. Their menu consists of hamburgers chicken and ice cream I am failing to understand the incredible strain on the mind and body to produce three simple things.

Usually request to do two separate ice cream orders via drive through so kids can use their gift cards for their own purchases and was told no longer could do that. We have done it many times. Would rather not go in because my younger kids have to come out of car seat, convenience of a drive through. It seems there is inconsistency in management.

Everything was fine I come here multiple times and love the food especially the chicken sandwich this time I ordered a burger but they messed it up I asked for it just a regular single Patty burger and they gave me a double burger with bacon which isn’t what I asked for but I ate it anyway because I was so tired and I was only on a 30-minute break so I didn’t really have time to argue besides that definitely will be coming back here again

Bought 2 Blizzards and for the second time they were very soupy and melted.
I don’t think DQ expects you to sip with a straw as they do give you a spoon. If I order this again I will make sure to tell them I don’t want a milkshake. I want a blizzard.
