Decent prices, everything is made when ordered, got our order out in a decent amount of time. Finally, some crispy fries! Perfect fries, crinkle cut, prefect color, perfectly crispy! Order a double cheeseburger, double hamburger, chicken strips, regular fries, and cheese fries. All was very good, although the burgers could have been even better with a little seasoning, but still good! We also ordered a Caramel Sunday, and a chocolate ice cream! Way better than Dairy Queen hands down! If the burgers had a touch if seasoning, this would definitely be a 5 star! So close, I wish there was a half star i would give a 4.5

My mom and sister took my son to get ice cream. It was hot out and the ice cream started to melt and drip onto the concrete pad that has tables for customers to sit at. The male owner got mad and started yelling at my sister to get my 1 year old son and take him out of the shaded area and into the gravel parking lot in the hot sun. She didn’t move quick enough for him I guess because he then precedes to throw a plastic ice cream dish out of the window to her, implying that she should put his cone in the dish.

Everyone loves Dairy Mart! They have unique ice cream flavors that you can’t get just anywhere, like their lemon soft serve! They do serve some food and it is good, but everyone looks forward to the ice cream at the end of the meal.

We literally drove 200+ miles just to get it.! It makes the drive through Illinois almost tolerable

I had my first concrete today at Dairy Mart. And I’m here to tell you it was the BEST I’ve ever tasted in my life!!
The ice cream was delicious, and I had cheesecake & oreo in every bite. IVE NEVER been able to say that for _ _! So if u want the Best Quality ice-cream and service, try Dairy Mart. You will get what u pay for, and you don’t have to pay for extra stuff. You all know what I meant. So please stop by soon they will close for the season , and Sunday is the last day

Wonderful little ice cream stop. They have a nice selection of ice cream, with different flavor specials, such as lemon. They also have a nice selection of food to choose from, and you can choose to dine inside, or outside at the picnic tables. If you like Putt Putt Golf, they have a small, but challenging course that is always fun with family and friends. Depending upon the time of day they can be very busy, but it is worth the wait.

Love this place!!! Ice-cream is the best, cheese sticks are the best, food is ok. Need more workers as service is slow. The younger guy (maybe son) is fantastic and fast. I always enjoy his service.

This gem is just on the outskirts of Salem, IL on US-50. They have a lot of varieties of ice cream, cones, sundaes, shakes, etc. They have a drive thru which gets pretty busy. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
