I every single time I come home to Walterboro, I make sure I stop by Dairy-Land to get some of their hot fried chicken! I absolutely love it! I ask for mine fried extra crispy but juicy on the inside and it comes that exact same way every time. The fries in the basket make a great pair!

This place is like an old style dairy hut where the food is prepared after you order it and it is fresh, hot & good. My ham sandwich was handcut to order, grilled hot & yummy w/ just the right amount of mayo! Fries were crisp & hot and not greasy. The lady that waited on us was was friendly, chatty and friendly. Definitely worth a stop!

Stopped by on a road trip with the family and wow. The prices are extremely reasonable, the food was delicious, the staff was kind and the location was convenient and homey. Got the ice cream after finishing our meal, and our experience went from great to spectacular. We will be returning here. 15/10

Best little hometown place we stop at on our trips up and down 95. Icecream is excellent soft serve custard. Food isn’t gonna be too quick but you can talk to the local who are also waiting.

What happened to getting what you ordered. The service expectations are terrible. This jack basket is disappointing, the remainder of the order was also incorrect. How hard is it to get it right? This is the 3rd time and the last.

Great staff and service. Call ahead and pick up at the drive through window or walk up to the counter and order.
The facility itself desperately needs an overhaul. It looks like it hasn’t been updated or remodeled since the early 1980’s. They cook your food to order which guarantees hot food! Unfortunately, they use styrofoam containers which have melted from the grits and bacon being fresh off the grill… and there’s nothing like hot grits getting on your hands or your car.
All in all I am grateful for their service. Hot grits, bacon, eggs cooked to your order stick to your ribs kind of satisfaction. P.S. tipping is allowed and greatly appreciated by the hardworking staff.

Remember when you were a kid and your grandparents took you for a treat after your little league game for an ice cream cone and it was a real treat?
This is that back in time place where you just feel good to go to and know it is going to be consistent.. the people who work there treat you with respect. The sandwich is wrapped like it had pride behind it.
And in this inflation wrecked land the prices are still affordable for a working man or woman’s 3 kid family.
