I used to love Dairy King, I would go every week. This summer the quality was terrible. My ice cream tasted like burnt vanilla, the flavor was nasty. I kept giving them chance after chance this summer… I don’t know if they were not cleaning their machines or the recipe is off, but the taste is not the same. Also the ice cream melts fast before you get to the car…. I hate that because ice cream is my favorite dessert and they disappointed me. Also, the customer service is a 6/10, sometimes a 7/10. I told the girl at the window to make sure that my cup was filled for the amount I was paying for because there has been instances where I would get a medium ice cream and my ice cream cup would not be full… She had a attitude. They lost a customer for next summer.

I absolutely loved this place. The service was kind and quick and the employees were friendly and very knowledgeable. The line is often seen to wrap around or be back toward the road but I never seemed to notice as it moved so quickly. They have a good variety of options of both scoops and soft serve ice cream. I would absolutely recommend it to people in the area or passing through.

The kid behind the counter messed up our order, the wait was long and they were all out of the special ice cream sandwich my boyfriend wanted. All in all it was ok. Like every aspect can be a little off or disappointing but in the end it’s fine cause the soft serve is good. I wonder how or if dairy King is ripping off dairy Queen?
