Good food! Excellent service! The checker at the drive thru forgot to add in our french fries (only reason for four stars), and we were positive we ordered some but the owner himself got them for us and didn’t charge us; and he was SO friendly and courteous. We will be back!

I’ve only been here a couple of times and I love it ! The chicken smells delicious but I haven’t tried it YET! We have had the quarter pound hamburger and man what a good burger, like a homemade burger. The strawberry milkshake is one of the best tasting milkshakes you can go out and get. The staff , the three times we have been by have been very nice, helpful, and hard working. That makes the biggest difference in a place. I hope they are as valued as they should be. The charm and good food at Dairy King has actually influenced our decision to purchase real estate in the area, if that doesn’t say “ community gem “ I don’t know what does. I hope this restaurant continues to be a local icon and we can enjoy it over and over in the future.

I used to work here back in High School. A great family owned restaurant. This place still has the best coleslaw and hotdog chili you will probably find anywhere else. I always try to stop in when I come to visit my hometown.

First visit to this location. I went through the drive thru and a young person promptly took my order. Two foot long chili dogs, two fries and two vanilla shakes. A short wait at the drive up window and food was given to me. The charge was over $28 dollars. I thought that was a bit high until I looked into my bag and found I didn’t have any fries. So inquire about my fries and was told I didn’t order any. But Mr. Dennis came to the window and I explained it to him. He said give me a minute and went and got me two orders of fries. He apologized for the inconvenience and said thank you for visiting. I’ll give them another try later and let you all know.
