Our first time here today and we really liked it. They have many items and flavors to choose from which can very overwhelming but in a good way. They have plenty of things to try. Ice cream, yogurt, slushie, floats and even food. Can’t wait to come back try all the other items they have. They were very busy with walk ups and alot of cars at the drive thru so that tells me their doing something right. We’ll be back soon!

Update: I went today and my attic freeze was completely melted when I received it. I called and was told to bring it back and once I arrived I was told that “it is ice cream and does melt “ frustrated and annoyed I left.
I called again on my way home to let them know of the occurrence and they were shocked. They actually had my order waiting for me but the girl at the window didn’t even check with anyone.
Please check your order thoroughly before pulling off. I won’t be returning anytime soon maybe later in the season when the links are worked out

They NEED TO UPDATE GOOGLE , closed before 6 on a Saturday. Google says they are open till 9 pm got the kids loaded up and everyone excited.. just to pull up to dairy freezzz and my 5year old say to us .. “WHY ARNT THEIR LIGHT ON? can they make ice cream in the dark?”

I work for tips and commissions, if you read this? You best go ply the lottery. I always tip well, I never argue price and I just accept things are high priced these days. It is what it is. Keep that mind.
You guys want too much for the quality of product you’re putting out. I could even take the poor customer service if the product was that good.
Old saying goes if you’re gonna be rude you need to do your job well. If you cannot? You need to tone it on down.
We drove to Saint Clair shores. So extra gas, we ordered an extra item, got the same things we intended on ordering and tipped for less than 2 items here.
Cashier seemed surprised we wouldn’t pay that much and thanked them and left. It’s good, but it’s not that good. Kinda sad this used to be the spot on the way to grandmas house. I’m 33 and I’ve been coming here on and off since I was 6 or 7 years old.

It is a great local place to get ice cream! Usually busy. Small parking lot. If you are driving, it would be better to park on the side street or just use the drive-through. When the line is long, they will send out a runner to expedite the orders.
They have ice cream and lunch / dinner items. If you were so inclined, you could get a full meal here.

Was looking forward to having having a dishof syrupy ice cream. Unfortunately, Dairy Freezzz has decided not to post prices. Instead, you have to scan the QR code and look up prices. Make sure you have your phone to scan the code, then scroll to look at what you want to get the price? Hopefully, you don’t have kids with you. I find businesses that do this disrespectful and won’t be back. I always enjoyed going there, and it’s close to home, along my normal routes, and was convenient. But no prices listed is not acceptable.
