Today was my families first visit to Dairy Dream, and Wow! Delicious Delicious Ice cream, staff were kind and accommodating. My wife ordered a hot fudge Sunday, and the kids and I had ice cream in their homemade waffle cones! It was all so good! Dairy Dream gets a BIG stamp of approval from our family. Thank you Dairy Dream for the weekend sweet treat, we will be back!

Unfortunately, we keep striking out when we go here! It is just inconsistent. My husband and I ordered the same sundae the other day, and we received VERY different results. Mine was beautiful and his was a melted and empty mess. The prices are steep as well. I will say, when it is good, it is good. 🙂

Wait time was good and the shakes and food i’ve gotten was good. Reason i give 3 stars is because when I got dairy free ice cream for my sister that has a dairy allergy they just used a dirty scoop and cross contaminated it which is pretty serious. I could see bits of blue ice cream in it. Then I ordered it again and they put the wrong ice cream in it somehow. That was the only bad experience but I am happy and forgiving because they fixed it and went and got a clean scoop upon my request and did it right. (Although would not recommend their hand dipped dairy free ice cream here for the taste, not much flavor/not good flavor) All my friends work here and it’s fun to come see them and get food every so often. The double cheeseburger was really yummy

My coworkers and I have made Dairy Dream our little special treat spot. Today I received some amazing service from Danielle (at least that’s what my cup says) while getting our pumpkin fix since it’s the season for pumpkin everything. She made sure my shakes and blitz were secure so it wouldn’t spill in my car. She was so kind and thought of everything. She is amazing every time we need our sweet treat fix! We appreciate the amazing service we get every time!

Earlier today me and a friend went to Dairy Dream for supper. We both decided to get the breaded tenderloin. We order one plain and one with mayo, tomatoes, and lettuce. When we got our food they where not what was on the image on the order box no even close. They where thin and looked liked they were barely battered. They also added cheese to both of them when the menu did not say that there will be cheese on it even when one of them was order plain. I would not recommend getting the breaded tenderloin.

Such a fun place to stop and have a treat! They have ice cream, shaved ice, shakes/malts, and other food items. Service was fast and friendly. A very charming place – I am so glad I got to come here on my trip.

I placed an online order. When we arrived they were not busy. We ordered 2 breaded tenderloins and a Cottoncandy Mt. Dew. The staff was friendly and our order was ready when it was supposed to be. The Mt. Dew was delicious. I wish I could say the same for our tenderloins. The tenderloins had the correct condiments on them, but they were very soft. You would expect the breading to be crispy. It tasted like they had been frozen and heated up in the microwave. The picture looks like there was parts of the breading that did not get cooked. I took them home and crisped the breading in the airfryer. That made them edible, but I won’t get one again. To be honest, it tasted like a frozen pork fritter that I bought at the grocery and took home and cooked myself. I will continue to visit for the ice cream though.

I’ve been twice since they have had new owners. The first time i went, they didn’t have the food item in stock that i wanted, and i they waited until i got to the window to tell me instead of telling me when i ordered it. so i had to sit and wait in line to be told sorry, no can do. I gave them a second chance 2 weeks later and they had the food item i wanted and it was better than when the previous owners served it so that made up for the wait.

Bad customer service. The people in front of us order wrong. The lady in front of us brought it to the workers attention the employee was rude to the lady ahead of us. Then my daughters order was wrong when I attempted to bring this to the employees attention that my daughters order was wrong I was totally ignored. Next I knocked on the window still ignored! Finally the employee came to the windows and said I was being rude for knocking! I’m sorry but what’s rude is ignoring your customers! Then the owner came to the windows and said they were very busy. There was 7 customers and a car In the drive-thru how is that busy? They were busy because they kept getting orders wrong and had to keep making things over! I would have been more compassionate if the employee wasn’t so inconsiderate! It was also terrible customer service when the owner came to the window and attacked me by saying i was wrong for saying anything! I guess now that Rex doesn’t own it the workers and the owner gives you whatever they want even though you ordered something else because they take offense if you try to get what you payed for! Then when we finally got our order which was shaved ice it barely had ant syrup we payed almost $22 for cups of plain ice. I guess that was them letting us know not to say anything if we’re going to order from them because maybe next time we may get something off the floor ♀️
