Burgers were huge as the patties covered the whole bun. I got the double smash burger and curly fries. I ate it all and I was full all day. The place is a bit dated, but that adds to the charm. The place hasn’t changed since the early 80’s since I’ve been going there.

This is the first time I have ever been to this particular Dairy Cheer. I ordered a double smash burger, onion rings and a Pepsi. My wife got a single smash burger, onion rings and a Dr Pepper. The burgers weren’t “smash burgers” so that was disappointing. They were actually just regular hamburger patties that tasted as if they were cooked from frozen. They were ok for what they were. Nothing was salted. I rarely add salt to my food anymore but neither the onion rings or the cheeseburger tasted like they had been anywhere near a salt shaker. The onion rings were good after I salted them. I’d probably give 3 stars for the food if the burgers hadn’t been advertised as smash burgers. The service was wonky too. We ordered dine in and our food was served in a “to go” bag.

Was looking forward to trying smash burger. FYI it’s just a regular burger on a large bun. Nothing smashed about it. The fries looked great- unseasoned so nothing special. Waited 15 minutes to get my order through drive through from order to received.

This was always a family favorite. We would go out of our way to go here and eat together! They used to have the biggest and best burgers around! They would give you good hot large meals at a very good price. That’s all changed now. The burger was small and expensive and cold. The bacon on the burger was old and hard, very hard. Despite the cold old food we were served it didn’t taste bad lol The sides were cold and a very small portion was given. However the onion rings and deep fried mushrooms were delicious!!
They kept screaming while we were inside eating. I think maybe they were telling the ending of the order number they completed. But come on lol. It startled me everytime and made it a very unpleasant experience. The first time they yelled I jumped from being startled and dropped my dang food. The second time my drink. I took a video lol it won’t let me post it. It was very disruptive and rude to me. I don’t plan on returning. Also the large drinks are very high priced and not even the size of a medium else where.

As a customer, the food is good but one HUGE complaint… how can you have a restaurant with no customer bathroom?! There are people, like myself, who don’t have certain organs in their bodies. The urges to use a restroom often hit super fast. In all honesty, I believe ALL restaurants should have a customer restroom.
As a door dasher, it took an act of congress for someone to talk to me. Employees were more focused on carrying on conversations amongst themselves and allowing other dine in customers to skip ahead of the line in which I stood in for a good 10 minutes before acknowledging me…

I come in today to purchase a quart of cole slaw. The young lady was very nice and had amazing customer service stills. She stepped back in the kitchen to prepare my order and I heard a loud man’s voice say “You can’t sell that is that is all we have” then he mumbled a few words and then I heard and see him say “Well check back there to see what we have.” He was very hateful to the young lady and you could hear him all over the restaurant. I felt sorry for her. She brought the cole slaw out to me and the look on her face saddened me. I said “Sweetheart I am so sorry he talked to you that way. You didn’t deserve it.” She said “It’s okay.” I said “No it isn’t okay. That was wrong of him.” She said, “I have gotten use to it.” I told her “Nobody deserves that treatment.” The young lady could barely look up at me and I assume because she was embarrassed. He appeared to be the man in charge because he was telling the employees what needed to be done in a non professional tone and he was acting non professional toward employees. This man needs to be written up or fired. After this I will probably never spend my money at Dairy Cheer again. This is very upsetting to see someone treated this bad. Is this the reason why so many people quit their jobs at Dairy Cheer?

We were in town for a concert at the MAC, and needed a bite to eat. Service was fast, super friendly, and delicious (even despite the super rude customer in front of us). Their onion rings are especially amazing!! What a great little place. So glad we tried it. Thank you!

Very good food! Great customer service. Also never heard of chili being called sauce for a burger. It’s amazing to see the difference in states while traveling.

Great food; just as it has been ever since I was a child. However, their prices seem to have been creeping up, but it’s still worth it.
