I’ve loved this place since I was a kid. Now my kids love to stop there anytime we come to visit family. The food is always hot and fresh! Who doesn’t love their Smasharue, onion rings, and mushrooms!! You can’t forget the hand scooped ice cream or shakes either!!

This isn’t fast food, everything is made to order and that takes time. The staff are all working hard to get everything out but good things take time. I’ve heard many times that you can have something fast, good or cheap… pick two of the three. If you’re ok with spending a little extra time to slow down in your day and enjoy being in the moment with others for not a lot and with really good food things your place. It’s a locals place mostly, so for those who are just visiting the area or passing through, don’t expect this to be fast food but do stop in.

Found this place on Google looking for burgers in Pikeville while we were staying there and decided to give it a try, Happy we did. Had a Smashburger, Onion Rings, and a shake. Everything tasted great. Obviously a place the locals enjoy and very friendly. Reminds me of the drive ins when I was growing up, Worth a visit if you are in the area.

That’s for those bogus negative reviews. We came yesterday before the Vanilla Ice concert and I got the smasher burger. A smashed burger with a bacon cheese sauce. DELISH!! Wife got a basic Bacon Cheeseburger. Both hit the spot for a low price. We hit the road this morning and had such a great time the day before we stopped before heading back to Knoxville. I got the Steak and Cheese omlette. LAWD HAVE MERCY!!! SO good! Way better than say IHOP or Dennnys! A basic, but beyond, home cooked breakfast. Wife got a ridiculously large breakfast of home made biscuits, gravy, bacon, eggs, and apples. The gravy was to die for. It was called The One and Only Breakfast. If we are ever back this way we are definitely eating here again!!!!

The only picture I have to share is the order for my family. 10 people, most of whom have special orders, and all kinds of sides and ice cream. My wife chose this place for her birthday lunch and THEY GOT IT ALL RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! The young lady at the front checked and double-checked to be sure we had it all and I didnt get home without the birthday girl’s food. It was all delicious and gone too fast to get any food pics, but everyone loves coming home at Christmas to Dairy Cheer!! If you are hungry, go there now!!
