We’ve visited multiple times during our 5 day stay in Pearl River, every visit has been really pleasant. Staff has been super nice, drinks are SO good(we’ve had pina colada, peach, and strawberry) tons of flavor options and extra fun stuff like soaked gummy bears and jello shots!

My family was passing threw Pearl River and stopped to get gas. We noticed the daiquiri shop would be opening soon so we decided to wait and grab some daiquiri’s to go. The shop says they open at 10. However, the employee did not arrive until after 10 and she was VERY rude when she arrived and told us she would not have anything ready for at least 15 mins. In my opinion if they open at 10, they should be ready to serve at 10!

Really this place deserves a no star rating!!!!!! But you have to give it something to describe your experience. So I’ll start by saying don’t even waste your time and they don’t deserve your business!!!!! Lady was super rude and had NO customer service skills. We drove in from AL heading to LSU game and wanted my in-laws to experience their first drive thru place and being from LA I was so embarrassed for the rude service we were given.
Either she was not trained or she was racist to us “white folk”. Instead of trying to describe the flavors to us she rudely repeated “I don’t drink!” So that meant she couldn’t answer none of the questions we had regarding their flavors! That like having an A&F sales person never wearing A&F jeans working for them! Whatever’s we left and are headed to New Orleans Original Daiquiris in Covington to spend our $30!

My husband and I drive down every wk from Hattiesburg to grab a daiquiri. This particular day, we came and doors open but as soon as we walk in girl was real rude claiming they where closed. I suggested she might want to lock door so people don’t walk in trying to spend money. She then proceeded to yell out the drive thru window. Won’t be back sad to say
