Daintea is located off Greensboro road behind the Walgreens and car wash. The atmosphere is very family friendly with games in the dining area and space to play them. They have an amazing variety of different boba teas, milk teas, and refreshers. The menu is eclectic with Philippine , Korean, Cuban, and American style foods. I’m partial to the Korean bbq, it’s amazing. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have some parking but it does get filled up sometimes and they have WIFI. It’s a bit pricey for me but it’s definitely delicious and worth it to treat myself occasionally. If you are looking for a family friendly place to spend a little time, try Daintea. I give them 5 ⭐️

Went to their soft opening today 6/27/2025 and may I just say the changes have made this place from a 7/10 spot to a 10 spot. The owners put a lot of thought, time, research & love into their new Daintea. Lots of seating options, updated atmosphere and menu! I got the chicken katsu, blueberry cheesecake, tarimisu cake & strawberry milk tea with blueberry poppers in it. The desserts were delicious, especially the blueberry cheesecake. Both were super creamy and flavorful. The milk tea was heaven, I got a large which was maybe to much . The chicken katsu was crispy and paired nicely with the slaw & rice. Just wish there was more of the sauce they drizzled on top either on the side or over the rice. The rice lacked flavor though if you eat it the way I believe that it’s intended all together in the perfect bite, which I did and it was a textured flavor town. The owner told me they have eyes on making more upgrades which I won’t spoil, but I’m very excited. Oh and their to die for Garlic Buns are now an every day thing, just ask. They have really good drinks, and some great dishes to try as well! The best dish IMHO is the Korean beef bowl… delicious saucy tender beef over rice, with cucumber slices (needed more than 3 slices) and an egg on top. The korean corndogs are a yummy indulgent treat, and the BLT are delicious!
Our favorite drinks are the classic milk tea and taro tea with boba! Overall, we love this place.
So the only major complaint I have is the time it takes for us to get our food. We were dining in. Both times, we had a larger group 7-8 food orders. Our first visit it took a reallly long time to get our food. However, The second time, the wait time was MUCH better, maybe 15 minutes. Unfortunately, 2 things happened that were really frustrating. This will be a bit long… bear with me.:
When I ordered, I requested our 2 blts be cut in half. (I wasn’t sure if they would be, but my kids were sharing, so I needed them cut in half. ) The guy taking the orders at the register told me that they don’t cut the BLTS in half, but that I could do it myself as there was a knife included. The BLTs came out; there was a plastic knife that wouldn’t cut well, so I went up and requested a butter knife from another employee (a very kind lady ), and she offered to have them cut. I thought she was coming right back with them. But It took a good 15 minutes to get the sandwiches back.
Part 2.
5-10 minutes into waiting for the sandwiches, i received my dish (korean beef bbq). The egg on top was VERY raw. I brought my plate immediately back up and requested the egg be cooked to over medium. My dish took 15-20 minutes to come back to me, and the egg was over-cooked.
On the bright side, the food was delicious!
We still really like this place and want to come back. The atmosphere is very inviting and fun, the people are kind, and the food is good! Hopefully, they can just improve with the wait time for meals.

Update: 7/27/25- Returned to our beloved Daintea after all the amazing rennovations and updates to their menu. Again, we couldn’t be happier with our food; the amazing korean bun, bulgogi burger, or drink selection. I also enjoyed the new selection of merchandise they have added to the shop. As always, the service was impeccable, and we couldn’t recommend them enough!
Their Jasmine milk tea with boba is a favorite, even though they have such a great menu of drinks to chose from, even coffees! They also have a wide selection of pastries, cakes, and savory goods like their sought-after korean corn dogs. I love the berry marscapone and tres leches, but look forward to trying more. The ladies and gentleman are always kind and helpful. Would recommend this for a wonderful treat, anyday!

Wife and I travel full time in our RV and visit small towns and see the sights.
Wow.. We stumbled upon this little shop called Daintea. The front is nothing to rave about but when we opened the door we were really surprised on how clean, friendly the staff and facilities were. The aroma of the food that was being made is excellent. The menu seems to be home grown with flavors seldom seen in other big boxed restaurants. Heck, who knew this was even a restaurant? Not us.
We’ve been here 2 times now (we had to go back for some food).
I had the Arroz A LA Cubana rice bowl. HECK YA.. mmmm… SO MUCH FOOD in a bowl.. I couldn’t eat it all.
Our first visit we we got the Strawberry/Mango Boba and Chai Tea chocolate milk. Both hit the spot for sure..
Were greeted by the co-owner and chatted for a bit. Very nice fella. We got a couple of Garlic and cream cheese infused rolls that were freshly made and on display.. they weren’t on the menu that I recall, but that was OK with us.

I probably go once a week and get their brown sugar latte on my lunch break. Occasionally, I’ll get food or a dessert. It’s always delicious! I had the cream cheese brownie today and it was one of the best I’ve ever had, so highly recommend!

My best friend, my daughter and I ADORE this place! Great bakery items! The boba here is life! My daughter loves the Lilac Lavender Lemonade. I love the Caramel matcha with strawberry sweet cream foam. My picture does not do it any justice but they have a great photo on their Facebook page!

The proprietors are friendly, local, and eager to serve up something new each week in the bakery to accompany their wide selection of milk teas, smoothies, and more. The convenient location is just off 220 on Rives Rd and completely worth a visit to satisfy your curiosity. We have enjoyed both sweet and savory options- Filipino style chicken empanadas , cream cheese garlic buns, pumpkin chocolate cake, and strawberry cheesecake bento box, alongside our bubble teas. As if that weren’t enough, it’s also bright, cheerful, and a great spot to enjoy a sip and a bite. We can’t wait to go back another week to try something else new!

So happy there is a boba tea/coffee place here. Just what Martinsville needs! My bf & I are visiting and have visited this place several times. Nice atmosphere, delicious teas and deserts plus friendly staff. I love their Filipino empanadas, blueberry cheese bread and my bf like their Korean hot dog and velvet cake. They always have something new for deserts now and then.

This is an amazing little shop with many options to choose from for drinks and additions to your beverage. The staff is extremely patient and pleasant. They are also wonderful at making recommendations. It has been the perfect spot for my daughter and I to go out and to meet up with friends. It is always clean and spacious.
