Social Profile:

We at Dahab are committed to seeking out those highest quality ingredients and preparing food that is fresh, healthy, delicious, and plentiful. Middle Eastern food in its nature is not overly sophisticated; it consists of basic ingredients, like chickpeas, sesame, eggplant, flour, herbs, and spices but it is the quality of the ingredients and the cooking techniques that turn simple into magic. We serve VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE FALAFEL, HUMMUS, BABA GHANOUSH, and SABBICH garnished with TAHINI SAUCE, TAMBA SAUCE, and SCHUG. We also serve, ISRAELI SALAD, MUJADARA, FRENCH FRIES, and freshly baked PITA. For desert we have BAKLAVA, TURKISH COFFEE, and TEA. DAHAB (gold) for our magical golden falafel balls. We take pride in our food delights.

Amazing food! I had the falafel platter with fries and red cabbage salad. The falafel was flavorful and crunchy. The red cabbage salad was simple and refreshing – I could eat this every day! Asi was so friendly and passionate about his food. We stopped by Tideline Public House in Durham – great food trucks, but I am so glad I ate at Dahab!

The falafel-pita was of non other. The nutty & impressively flavorful falafel will rock your world. Absolutely delicious in texture & flavor. Cucumbers were small-chopped (yummy & subtle), the red cabbage had excellent flavor & hummus was spread perfectly. Happily added all 3 sauces offered on the countertop. Pita bread OUT OF THIS WORLD. Thank you!!!!

I take every opportunity to try falafel whenever I find it on a menu. I have a pretty high benchmark, in the old city of Jerusalem just inside the Jaffa gate. I have never found one that compares until Sunday when I had Dahab’s falafel. Do you want to taste GREAT falafel go to Durham NH. No passport required.

I’m going to try not to sound chaotic in this post and write in all caps because I seriously cannot accurately convey how good this food is. The Sabbich Pita sandwich… it has ingredients I would never think to put together, but once combined…holy falafel. Do yourself a favor and try it.
