I did not enjoy this patty melt so much. It was fine I guess, but I would not leave my house to get this meal. I will stick to the waffles here… The service was excellent as always!

This was our first time coming. Heard about this place because of a co worker. Decided to come here for my mom’s birthday. This place is an amazing diner. Mom got bacon jam burger which was absolutely fantastic. I got a burger and a waffle side. Which was also good. The waitress was super nice and attentive. The atmosphere was peaceful and calming.

I forgot to take a photo.
But I ordered a hash brown and tenderloin chop with a egg smothered in gravy. Was wonderful and what I wanted.
Wife has some French fries and wow they was amazing.

Had Texas burger. Onion rings.
Diet coke.
Burger was a single patty and small. Came with pepr jack cheese, jalapenos, bacon, sauce on a Texas toast. I thought it was seasoned and tasty.
Onion rings was great. Diet coke was good too. Some places have a weird mixture is why I brought it up.

I am almost sure I made a review before. But maybe not?
This is my third time here..
This time, I had lunch.
Philly steak sandwich, fries and drink.
The sandwich was smaller then I expected, but it’s ok. Plenty of fries,
Sandwich was weird at first. But decent. Then a realized it’s roast beef. Found it weird but interesting.
Tried my wife’s tenderloin but she prefers everything plain so obviously I didn’t prefer it. But this isn’t about her food.
Service was fine. Prices meh.
$38 for both of us not sure if it’s great but apparently inflation happened few years ago and I just won’t let go
……..
As the first time at this place I don’t remember having issues.
The second time in sure I have a long review because that’s what I do.
I remember having issues with my food, service (they was busy however) and such. But it’s ok.
I had no issues here for third time.
I’ll just have to try something until I like it and stick with it as most do.

Yesterday, I went and tried out this restaurant. I ordered the BEC sandwich on texas toast, with cheddar cheese, over-hard eggs, and extra bacon, with a cinnamon swirl pancake. My order came out perfect. The sandwich and pancake hit the spot. Im definitely coming back today for a second time.

We had a really great experience here! Arrived on a Sunday around 9am and there were plenty of open tables. It was starting to get a little busy by the time we left though.
Everyone working there was super friendly and helpful. Lots of good vibes overall.
Food was served up fast and everything was really tasty! Good portion sizes on everything we ordered
The western omelette with pepperjack cheese was the highlight for me. Biscuits and gravy along with the small order of french toast we split were both really good as well!

My wife and I went today and it was great. My first experience was just ok. This time made up for it 100% But the atmosphere was great and they had i will be back to try something more exciting.

This little diner was fantastic. I met a friend there for breakfast and had the special which was cinnamon roll pancakes, they were awesome. Friendly staff, quick service, and I enjoyed every bite!

This is an amazing awesome place to grab breakfast or even lunch! Great and family friendly service! They’re all attentive to your orders. The owner loves to show up and serve with the servers. Awesome to see a owner who love his roll not only as the boss but as a worker along with his employees. He’s nice and friendly and has a damn awesome manly mustache! The food is fudging tasty amazing. I 100% recommend this place. French toast was delicious. The double Decker dogwood. Super huge and yummy as heck!

Absolutely love this place! We’ve been twice and the food has been delicious, service is great, and prices are very reasonable. It’s your typical diner food, but done really well. We love the 50s diner vibe, too! So glad to have them in Raytown!
