Love coming here since it first opened in 2022! The quality of the food has always stayed consistent.
Not only is their food delicious, they also have a large variety of different drinks, like bubble tea, coffee, and slush. I typically order one dish and feel satisfied, but their drinks are good too.
I also enjoy getting takeout here.

Noodles are very authentic. I like the bowl design especially because the raised platforms makes it easier to eat. The proteins that come with the noodles are good too. I like the appetizers as well. They even have boba!!!

First time here on for a very early dinner, perfect since we could find street parking on a Saturday. All 6 of us enjoyed it including the 2 year old. Soup noodles were hearty with perfectly cooked noodles and broth. I found personally found it was hard to eat around the bone (ordered A1). Even those who doesn’t like noodles enjoyed the chicken cutlet and said they would go back even with the limited rice choices. Pumpkin cake appetizers and bun with condensed milk were good too. Drinks were not too sugary, my fruity tea was refreshing but a bit too floral for me to order next time. I was so full but I would definitely save for room for dessert. Overall love the menu, setup, service and can’t wait to go back.

We stopped by Dagu to have dinner. We ordered the B2 spicy flavor broth with noodles. The broth isn’t spicy for us. Good flavor, broth. The rice noodle holds well. It wasn’t soggy at all. I would pay 2.99 to add more meat.
The Nan Chang rice noodles were good. It had a good flavor and not salty at all. The veggies compliment the noodles. It’s new to the menu. My only gripe is that the peanut was too much for me.
We got a small order of Cantonese 5 spice chicken. It, too, is new to the menu. The sauce for the chicken wasn’t sweet. The chicken is flavorful and tender. I would get the Nan Chang rice noodle and Cantonese 5 spice chicken. The owner, Ben, came over to greet us and wanted our imput on the Nan Chang rice noodles and Cantonese 5 spice chicken. The food came out pretty quick. Priced came out to 37 bucks, including tips. We look forward to coming back and trying the other items on their menu.

We stopped into Dagu for a quick lunch and had a great dining experience. To start, we had the chicken wings and brown sugar sticky rice. The wings were perfectly crisp. For our mains, we had red coconut curry chicken soup, and the signature rice noodle soup with pork bone. Both also had really great flavors & and we left feeling so full!! For drinks, we had the strawberry mermaid slush and the dalgona coffee!

Nice rice noodle restaurant nearby other Asian restaurants and close to 99Ranch.
I typically get the spicy crossing the bridge noodle soup. I really like the setup, it reminds me a lot of other restaurants where you add the ingredients in as you go, rather than letting them sit and boil. The soup broth comes in a warmed pot that keeps the broth hot even as you finish it. It is really good, though the spiciness may numb your tongue depending on if you are used to the spice.
I’ve also tried some of the appetizers like the Bang Bang Chicken. Personal preference but I don’t like steamed chicken so I didn’t enjoy it, but the other people in my party did enjoy it. I also tried the mango pomelo drink and it was really good, a nice sweetness that isn’t too overwhelming.
Service is good, I think I got my food within 10 minutes of seating, and they were quick to get rid of the excess bowls and plates.
Good place to go to for a casual dinner or family outing while in Quincy.

update on 03/26: I recently visited this establishment for the second time and decided to try the tomato and curry chicken dishes. I was pleased to find that the tomato dish had a fresh and invigorating flavor that made it a delightful addition to my meal. As for the curry chicken, I noticed that it had a distinct milk flavor accompanied by a hint of ginger. Overall, it was quite tasty and definitely worth recommending to others. However, I must mention that the curry dish is slightly on the spicy side, so those with a low tolerance for heat should approach it with caution.
The noodle B2 麻辣过桥 with beef slices 肥牛is good and soup is spicy as well. Drink 人气鲜芋脏脏杯is light, if it has more stuff in it, should be better. The drink is worth to try but not recommended. E3 盐酥鸡 definitely worth the price if you have 2 -3 people, good for sharing.

Update because got a great reply from the owner: I have a Chinese friend also tried here and we both agree that we are not coming back. Not because of any bad, it is because nothing stands out. I don’t need a big bow of soup and + big noodle and the taste is mild or no “signature”. Make it smaller and tasty. Make people crawling or talk about it after they left. The place is clean, bright and nice. Keep this up
The soup is ok, a bit mild for me. You will need to be very hungry to finish the bowl. The chicken breast is better. Don’t forget the cucumber to bring up the taste.

A nice place to have a quick and balanced meal either by yourself or with friends and family. The crossing bridge rice noodles are my personal favorite. The noodles are silky and cooked to the perfect chewiness. The soup base is flavorful but not too heavy, with plenty of lettuce in the soup. There are also plenty of appetizers and drinks.

They have very delicate noodle soup! And the price is affordable! With all the ingredients, only $15! I would come everyday for lunch and dinner! The broth tastes amazing! Very fresh, tasty and not too salty. The service there is good, the waiters take good care of your need! I’ve been waiting for this noodle place to open for the past year, and it was worth the waiting! They have variety of milk tea, they use the real taro paste for the taro bubble milk, very fresh. And high recommend the jasmine green tea honeydew slush! All fresh and refreshing! Will def go again with my friends!!!!
