This is the second time in back. The first time I was here I ordered two slices of pizza well done. I waited 45 mins for them and they were beyond well done. They were burnt. I couldn’t even chew the food. I’m here now and I’ve been waiting for over 25 mins for one slice of cheese. The cashier shouldn’t be the one having to run food and take orders. It doesn’t make sense. Then when I wanted to order a pizza I had to wait to order because the waitress was literally ignoring me/running around being food and my slice don’t matter. The slice got here at 7:15PM. I put the order in at 6:51PM. Let’s see how long my pizza takes. The staff here was a lil ride to as I asked another waitress to take my order but she like said hold on and sent the first waitress back. Get it together and more organized in there. I think I seen a minor behind the bar. Felt like I got over charged. Said Large pizza for $22 with a free drink. I tried to order it wouldn’t let me online. Ordered the medium 14” with one topping with no drink.

Stopped here today for dinner. I have been to other locations. I wasn’t expecting too much. Boy, was I wrong. The food here blew me away. Side salad was so fresh with perhaps the best creamy garlic dressing ever. Delicious toasted ravioli appetizer. Broasted chicken fantastic. Kudos to this place having great crinkle cut fries. They haven’t caved in to the “coated fries” craze. All in all a great experience. Service good too. Thanks! Also, my husband loved the sausage pizza.

Great service. I had wrap and love me some good waffle fries too! Asked for daughter panini to be heated more but more and they made her a new one which was very nice. Highly recommend.

Thin crust made with the wheat of dreams— hints of amaranth and butterscotch, French bread yeast and a soupson of irish butter. Hearty Mozz, dense, creamy and thick, with a fennel sausage, and a mysterious authentic oregano from a daydream in Provence. Wow.

I would say that the service was terrible, but the service was non-existent. We literally sat at a table for nearly an hour, watching the waiters/waitresses serve tables around us, take orders, bring food, clean tables, pack to-go items, etc. We were in the middle of the room, so it’s not like we were off in a corner, and everyone else seemed to be provided with service. The place did start off busy and maybe understaffed, so we allowed grace for this. But when you see everyone else being waited on, getting their food, getting to-go containers, leaving, and their table being cleaned…while you’ve yet to be asked if you even wanted water, that’s an issue. Yes, we were the only black people in this establishment, so that must be factored in as well. It’s a very close location, but we will just make the drive to River Grove. 100% do not recommend, particularly for people of color.

After only coming to this location for lunch,we decided to go on a Saturday night. We were immediately greeted by a hostess and seating in the bar area. Not too noisy and we were able to watch the football game on the nany TV’s located thruout.

Always go to Wheeling location but decided to try this one. Wish I could take back that decision. Inside was nice and staff was great. My husband’s stomach started hurting after we finished our pizza. Didn’t even make it to the car before he vomited twice. Never again. I’ll spend the extra time and go to Wheeling.

DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR GLUTEN FREE PEOPLE. I went to this restaurant with high hopes of eating a safe gluten free meal- especially since they have a separate gluten free section on their menu with plenty of options. However when I went, these options turned out NOT to be 100% gluten free/celiac safe. I ordered the breaded gluten free chicken parm sandwich, but was informed that they fry the chicken in the same fryer. No separate fryer for the “gluten free” fries either. The waiter suggested if I wanted something safe I should go with a plain baked potato… I ended up getting the grilled chicken, and while it wasn’t horrible it was definitely disappointing and felt like false advertising.

First time here, definitely coming back. Pizza was good, fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp was tasty! And my husband ordered a lasagnas. Left full and satisfied
