Dagiya (dah-kee-ya) is derived from the words chicken (닭 – dak) and the equivalent to darling (자기야 – jah-kee-ya) in Korean. Dagiya is a Colorado-based Korean fried chicken restaurant established by two Korean-American locals. Inspired by Korean chicken shops, Dagiya offers an authentic and affordable Korean dining experience in a casual atmosphere.

I ordered the white onion boneless tenders with a side of rice, and fries. Very very delicious. Food was made to order and the place has a great feel.
The soju and beer selection was amazing. Great service, great food and good atmosphere

The chicken were tasty, filled spices and flavors. Definitely will come back.
Only downside I can think of is that the cooking process and everything is measured and pre-portioned so there is not a lot of options for customization since the ingredients are premeasured for orders. I understand why they do this, but it would definitely make the experience better if staff were more adaptable.
I especially LOVE the Yangnyum Chicken, which you can only find at Korean fried chicken places, and Dagiya is one of the rare spots that serves it in Colorado. I often come here after watching a movie at AMC or finishing shopping at nearby big box stores, then sit down or grab takeout with Korean fried chicken and dishes like Ddukbokki.
The atmosphere is lively and perfect for a quick meal. It really feels like stepping into a chicken shop in Korea, and the taste is just like home. Highly recommend for all fried chicken lovers!
