This place was so great we had to come back through to try more and pick up some of their homemade sauces. Chislic was the best I’ve ever had, the green Buffalo sauce is absolutely amazing. The service was above and beyond. I know it’s been extremely difficult for restaurants over the past year and a half and this was such an enjoyable experience. Wish the absolute best for this crew and can’t wait to make it a stop in the future!

Went on Friday and had the prime rib. Very good. The service was very good considering they were very busy. A little on the expensive side considering we are in Dakota City, NE and not in a large market city.

Tyson the owner is straight up a great guy who cares about your experience at Dagas! We had six of us this evening for dinner and although we had a long wait, we knew we were in for a treat. We enjoyed drinks on the patio and we were checked on regularly to make sure that we’re doing okay. The owner brought us some chips and salsa and even brought us out an order of steak bites to enjoy while we wait. Once our table wass ready it was game on! The ribeye is outstanding, but the prime rib was fantastic! Don’t miss the chance to order the New York strip sandwich. It was recommended by Tyson the owner and it was outstanding. We also enjoyed the bourbon brussel sprouts! If you don’t order these you might as well punch yourself in the face because you’ll regret not having them! They were absolutely out of this world! The atmosphere here is much like being at home with family. If you’re lucky enough to be served by Carina, know that you’ll be in for a great experience because she is a wonderful server. She’s very knowledgeable about the menu friendly and she offers suggestions especially for first-timers. This place is casual dining, bring the family and don’t forget the kids, and most definitely bring your friends because this place is meant to enjoy with those you love! We’ll be back!

Absolutely 5 stars! Grand opening night, and everyone was wonderful! The New York Strip was so flavorful and delicious! The loaded mashed potatoes were on point. I was not able to fit in dessert so we did bring it home. Great job Tyson and staff!!

So i drove up from Omaha to have lunch with my family in Dakota City. Ive always loved small town food. But Degas is by far the best ive ever had. Not only did they have one of the best Burgers ive had in FOREVER they ALSO had authentic Mexican tacos.(Tacos Asada) My wife is Latina so i know what im talking about. And they were good. I will eat here Everytime im in town or on my way to Okoboji. Even on a slow day here in Omaha,its 1000 percent worth the trip Everytime. Do not pass this place up. 10 stars for me
