Best sandwich shop in Orange County! The sandwiches here are nothing short of artistic brilliance. Perfectly portioned, high-quality ingredients, and fresh bread, all assembled with a level of artistry that is rare to find. I often plan on ordering a staple, but the specials are so creative and masterful that I end up trying something new every time. Even if it’s something I wouldn’t normally order. They never disappoint. Fast, friendly, clean, and inviting. Bonus: The house-made chips were a perfect complement to my meal.

I ordered the Italiano sandwich and really enjoyed it overall. The bread is absolutely the most important part of any sandwich, and while the flavors were great, the baguette really needed to be crispy rather than soft and doughy. If they could get that bread perfectly crispy on the outside with the right texture, this sandwich would go from very good to absolutely awesome. Service was great.

Talk about hidden gem, drove up from San Clemente and was blown away! Italian beef was best I’ve had, Dad’s special a home run too. Service was friendly and impressive. Not sure who left a sub 5 review, but chances are they are subway fans, as this place is a must eat.!

Finally, I’ve been looking for a place across mission Viejo/lake forest/laguna area that was not an over priced sandwhich chain with low quality ingredients and flavor.
They have a place or 2 like this in Costa Mesa/newport area.
Basically everything here is fresh, authentic, unique, has that east coast vibe, unique flavors, custom sandwhiches and drinks. Everything we had was delicious, we’ll be coming back.
We ordered chicken parm, italian, and veggie sandwhich. We’re coming back for the pastrami and roast beef for sure.

My friend and I were in Mission Viejo for the evening and stopped in for lunch after seeing the reviews on Google.
Good sized menu with everything you want in a sandwich shop. The young man at the register was extremely helpful as we had no idea what we wanted – turns out he’s the owners son. Shout out to him.
Chicken salad sandwich was fire. My friend for the Italian beef that was cooked perfectly with some delicious peppers. Great drink selections too.

Small shop… So small, blink and you’ll miss it. We went at the end of the day and ordered two sandwiches. This was our second visit, so we knew we shouldn’t miss the Italian Chicken Sandwich. The food prepared with so much thought and love, made from the scratch. Affordable too!

My first time there. After Kevin berated me for taking napkins, things were not off to a good start even though the lady who took my order was very nice and smiley. I asked for extra onions on both sandwiches – I got zero onions on both sandwiches. Two half sandwiches for over $35. The home made pastrami though was smokey and amazing. The Italian sandwich was average. Will definitely try again as Kevin, the chef, seems quite talented but perhaps lay off customers taking a napkin from your dispenser, yeah?

This is my go to place for sandwiches. Chicken salad, egg salad and chicken parm are my favorites. Hubby loves the cookies and the egg salad sandwich. Great selection of drinks and sodas. Trying the pizza soon too. Awesome, friendly service.
