We had such an incredible experience with Daddy’s Pizza tonight.
We ordered a pizza late at night, but unfortunately couldn’t make it back to pick it up. We called the restaurant to let them know and asked if, by chance, we could pay someone $20 to bring it to our hotel. The guy working told us he was the only one there and couldn’t leave the store. Totally understandable.
But here’s where it gets amazing.
Five minutes later, he called us back with great news. A DoorDash driver had just come in for another order, and he went out of his way to ask if that driver would be willing to deliver our pizza too. He absolutely did not have to do that, but he made it happen.
The DoorDash driver brought us our food, we happily gave him the $20, and we got to sit back and enjoy some seriously delicious pizza, fried ravioli, and cheesy bread.
This kind of above-and-beyond customer service is rare. They didn’t just make great food. They made our night.
Daddy’s Pizza just earned lifetime customers.

We ordered a pizza last night, and it arrived in horrible condition. We opened the door, and the pizza was sitting on the COLD WET ground. No one knocked. Then we opened the pizza box and realized why it was left the way it was. The delivery person had dropped it prior to bringing it to us! My kids didn’t eat dinner, because this WAS dinner. And it was ruined. Had I not spent $20+ on this food, I could’ve fed my babies. Only thing they offered was a partial refund.

I got to be up front, pulling into Daddy’s Pizza I was very skeptical due to the outside appearance of the parking lot and the building. Seemed kind of shabby and there was trash everywhere.
However I had already ordered pizza, and I wasn’t going to leave them hanging.
The service and pizza were excellent! We got a Chicago-style pepperoni and sausage, and it was out of this world good!
The guy working the counter and making the pizzas was very friendly and easy going. Will definitely be getting pizza here again.

I ordered a meat lovers Chicago deep dish and fried ravioli, after waiting about 22 minutes the guy calls me over and tells me that he made the wrong pizza and I’ll have to wait for him to make a new one. 49 total minutes later the pizza is finally done. The pizza was very good, but they didn’t remake the fried ravioli, so it was cold by the time I got it. It’s one of those places that asks for a tip before you get your food. They offered no discount, and no refund of my tip for having to wait nearly an hour for service.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and excellent service—everyone is friendly and quick to help. The pizza is fresh and delicious, with a perfectly crispy crust and rich, flavorful cheese.
