While visiting the Factory this afternoon, I stopped by Daddy’s Dogs for a quick snack/lunch. I’ve eaten at this location before and stopped back by because I love the tater tots. I noticed that they had Mac and Cheese on the menu, so I decided to add that to my order as well. Disappointed and upset doesn’t even begin to cover it. The posted menu said the Mac and Cheese was $4, but when the employee took my order it was rung up, the price was set at $5. When I brought it up to the employee, he said that the actual price was $5, even though the menu price was listed as $4. Although I was confused and upset by this difference, I still ordered it because I was in the mood for Mac and cheese. What I got in return was watery, flavorless pasta with a sprinkle of cheese on top and the cup was only half full. In no way was this worth $4, let alone $5. Tots were good as usual, the Mac and cheese and the service were upsetting and disappointing.

When I came to this establishment I was greeted with the holy light of a beautiful angel. His graceful glow and sparkling spirit delighted my inner child more than the human mind could comprehend. The form this mythical creature took was of Hunter. He greeted me, instantly filling me with butterflies as I asked for one of daddy’s dogs. He responded in his beautifully harmonious voice “of course my son” and conjured the most delectable dog I had ever laid my eyes upon. Please promote this wonderful soul.

Anybody can make a hotdogs, but the only ones worth eating, come from the crew at Daddy’s Dawgs in Franklin. Between the beautiful artistic atmosphere of the Factory as well as the great service and unique offerings of the menu, Daddy’s Dawgs holds a special place in Americana. Zavier and Dom, both handled my order well and made sure I had an experience, rather than just a food order. @Big Daddy you’re doing it right!!

Hunter was outstanding and offers incredible customer service. I waited a few minutes because he was working hard serving nuns and priests from the local Catholic Church I attend. A+ service and the food was good. Will return.

Fun little bar to eat at in the Factory (which is fantastic to explore). LOVED the unique ‘Seattle’ dog with cream cheese, siracha, and sauteed onions. Super juicy dog, loved they toast the bun, and great price! The cream cheese / siracha combo is amazing.

Hotdogs were deelish, but the young man working today was short staffed. He was working alone and more “receptive” to some customers than others- a little bothered by our requests ( refills, mustard). Oh well, customer service for some some, not all.

First time in the Franklin location EVER and Dom was BEYOND EXCELLENT. Ran us through the menu and answered all the questions we had. I had the New York dog added grilled onions and my Gf had the Elote Dog and OMG!!!!! The food and service is TOP NOTCH!!!! I’m dedicated to this place!!! Wonderful food

Cashier was also the cook so the service was horrible. Do not go there. Ling line of customers ordering and no food coming out. So I checked with the cashier, and, yes everyone had to wait until all orders were in. If you can’t pay two employees just shut it down.
