Never again!!! I have a severe nut allergy and I informed the staff before ordering. They made it clear that they use the same ice cream scooper and barely rinse it off in between serving different flavors. I’ve been to a many ice cream shops and whether they grab my ice cream from a new batch in the back or designate a certain spoon for each flavor, in the end it results in being nut/allergy friendly. To top it off, my boyfriend found a piece of hair or lint deep into his cup of ice cream. Won’t go back and discourage others with any allergies.

These places are great. They remind me of Baskin and Robin’s before Dunkins bought them and turned them into an afterthought. Soo many options. Great frappes. Great soft serve Ice cream in soo many flavors. They even had ice cream with booze in it. Great family place. Young energetic staff. Great after dinner place.

Sunday night I walked in all 3 servers were cleaning up. One stopped and simply kept staring as if she was frozen in time. This lasted for sometime. She then got unfrozen or came back to earth not sure what was going on. Just to clarify no one else was waiting while all of this was happening. After I was being served one of the other two asked if I was being helped (that was annoying). I said no but I was ignored earlier. His response was I had work to do. I don’t claim to know what the protocol is but in this industry I would think your job is to serve the customers. It’s dependent on service to the client and that would be the priority. I was utterly confused disappointed and disgusted by his response. I’ve been there before and this was never the behavior. Something absolutely changed and I don’t think I care to know what that is. I just know he was NASTY. I’ll drive to Stoughton Randolph or Braintree if I feel the need or go to Crescent Ridge or Coldstone.
