Great burger, friendly service, and very fast. They can get busy, calling ahead is a good idea. The food truck moves locations from a neighbor, in front of the home of the owner to a parking lot in front of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym. I got the triple, and a corn dog. I at the fries before I got home, crinkle cut Cajun fries, pretty good. Burger was juicy and the footlong corn dog was fresh made. I will be back. Just as great the 2nd time and 3rd time.

If I could give one small critique- The burger patty while well seasoned and juicy was not hand pattied. This burger with fresh ground hand patty with a little crunch would be out of this world.

The staff was extremely friendly and the service was on point. The burger and fries blew anything you could get from a chain resteraunt right out of the water. It’s a mobile resteraunt so call them if you can’t find the address that Google gives you. It’s worth going out of your way to track them down

Eric was super friendly and enthusiastic, and the food was phenomenal. The burger had just the right amount of grease, and a great ratio of meat to cheese to (toasted!) bun to veggies. The fries were well-seasoned and fresh. Probably the best burger I’ve had in months.

Eric’s “Dab Burger N More” serves fabulous burgers + fries. Eric does not rush food production. We ordered Double Dab burgers at 7:15pm. Our order took 15 minutes. Our 1/2 pound burger was cooked to perfection: seasoned, juicy and not over cooked.

Highly recommend Dabs!! The staff was friendly and prompt. Every menu item was delicious! We had them out for employee appreciation day and all of my staff was raving about their food. Got the UTSA players out for some too! We’ll work on it them again for sure!!

Just stopped by for my first burger. I got a triple bacon ciabatta burger and oh my god. The food is amazing. The burger was expertly cooked, juicy and flavorful. The house sauce is so good and the bread was toasted to perfection. To top that off the service was impeccable. The owner and chef is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and you can see the passion and care he puts into his food and his service. Definitely give this place a try. I know I’ll be going again.

Food was SO delicious. My wife had the single dab, I had the chicken dab. Everything was cooked to order, and the house sauce on the burger (and the chicken which I requested) was . Crinkle cut fries were hot, crispy and tasty. Come and give this guy some support, he’s super kind and has a great story. We will be back to try some other food next time we are around the area.
