You will not be disappointed if you want authentic Polish food. We were visiting from Virginia and my wife’s mother is Polish so we decided to take her out to the last Polish restaurant left in Erie. We were running late and the owners stayed open late to let us order and dine in. They talked with us as if they knew us for years. The food was delicious, especially the Ox Roast, Pierogis, sausage, potato pancake and golumpki. We can’t wait to go back! Prayers for another 41 years of serving Erie with Polish food!!

The only Polish restaurant nearby. The atmosphere and vibe were great. It had an old restaurant feel with an attitude.

Definitely go here. Was craving pierogies and found this. I called ahead to order and ask about vegetarian options and the woman who assisted me was very professional, helpful, and clear about how to work out what I wanted. I ended up getting 16 and they feed a crowd of 8 easily. They’re the biggest pierogies I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the bacon cheddar potato.
To cook them I fried on low-medium in just a tiny bit of oil 6-8 minutes on each side, with a lid. I also semi-defrosted them in the fridge for 4 hours prior. Perfect.

I met a friend here on his recommendation. He raved about the Polish food here and it did not disappoint! The Polish Breakfast special was amazing! It includes 2 eggs made to order, a large potato pancake, a large homemade sausage patty, Polish sweet bread and homemade strawberry jelly that was to die for. Everything was delicious! The place was clean and the service was fast and friendly with a sense of humor, which I like. I’ve heard their pierogies are the best around, so that’ll be the next thing I try. They make 8 different kinds and you can order for take out. I will be frequenting this place, for sure!

Food was wonderful. I never had czarnina before and was allowed to sample it here. Not as vinegary as i expected and the cook explained she tones it down. Definitely much better than expected. My wife had the Polish breakfast and was very happy especially with the Polish toast which is a sweet bread. I had the ox roast sandwich, again a first for me. The shredded ox was very tender. I ordered the Polish platter to go and did not eat until the next day. Still, everything had a taste different from other Polish food I’ve had including in Poland, all to the better. The pierog was the largest I ever saw. I intend to return every time I am in Erie. Current menu attached as of Sept 2021. You’ll see that the prices are good.

I absolutely recommend this business 1,000%. Today, I witnessed their immense kindness and generosity in supporting their small business neighbor, The Park Coffee & Bread Co.
They graciously opened up their restaurant to house a The Park Coffee & Bread Co.’s sourdough class, providing additional space that was needed. It was a beautiful act of kindness. Love seeing local businesses support each other.

We decided to stop in because it’s been awhile and we’re not disappointed. I got the combo sub that comes with fries for under 9$ and my son got the ox roast sandwich with coleslaw. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. I asked for my sub heated and it was very flavorful with plenty of fresh ingredients and my son liked the ox roast so much he said he may get 2 next visit 🙂 everything we saw on the menu was reasonably priced and looking forward to going back soon.
