I ordered 4 samosas from this restaurant and was charged around $11. At first, I thought it was okay because every restaurant has its own pricing, and I assumed these might be special or bigger, handmade samosas. I was hungry, so I went ahead with the order even though I felt the place was a bit expensive.
However, after receiving my order, I realized that the samosas were not handmade at all. They were clearly frozen samosas that had just been fried. The taste was exactly the same as the frozen samosas you get from places like Samosa & Sweet Factory.
For comparison, you can get around 8 samosas there for almost the same price, with the same taste. Paying $11 for 4 frozen samosas (plus extra charges) feels misleading. I would recommend that if you’re craving this type of samosa, you’re better off going to a place that sells them at a fair price.
Overall, this experience felt disappointing and not worth the money.

I ordered their onion pakora and paneer pakora which are not even pakoras. Onion pakora is like onion rings of A&W but tasteless chickpea flour has no masala or anything. Paneer pakora is just pieces of paneer dipped in flour no taste no sauce nothing. I waited almost 50 minutes for my order. So don’t waste time and money here.

We recently got the catering service done from Daal Roti – Georgetown for about 20 people.
We had asked for a little early service for lunch. They offered delivery to our house which was a huge thumbs up.
Abhay Joshi helped suggest the menu which would be good for a takeout. We also requested mango lassi as well, for our guests and Abhay provided it to us at a very reasonable price with our order.
All in all their service was amazing. All our guests were really happy with the quality and taste of the food. Will be ordering again whenever we any other event. 🙂

Had an amazing experience with their catering service! The food was absolutely delicious and everyone loved it. We especially enjoyed the Paneer Kalamerri, Niligiri Kofta, and Dal Tadka — each dish was full of flavor and perfectly made. The owner was super friendly, offered us tastings, and gave great recommendations that really helped us choose the right dishes. Stopped in for lunch with my wife. We are vegetarian and were blown away. Pani puri and bhindi were especially amazing. We also had aloo matar, daal makhani, aloo kulcha – all were delicious. Decor is tasteful, good music (not too loud), great friendly service.
