This is how you start your Maui trip. The mochiko chicken was amazing, but what really stole the show was the eggplant omelet. I never would’ve thought of that combination, but it was beautifully done—perfectly seasoned and truly a match made in heaven. It paired surprisingly well with the mac salad too. Highly recommend stopping here early in your trip!

Pancit is delicious. Roast Pork Belly is on point. Mac Salad- exactly how its supposed to be!

Major GRINDZ What an incredible mix of authentic and local Hawaiian/Filipino food. The steak poke and chicken inasal was fire. If you’re in Kahului area, pull up and eat here. You won’t regret it.

Amazing food, one of my favorite Maui meals. The guy at the truck looked me up and down skeptically when I, a white boy, ordered the pig intestine skewer. Joke’s on you bro, it was delicious!

We had shrimp and steak with rice and mac salad, and it was all so tasty! It was a decent serving of shrimp, and the steak was juicy. I expected the shrimp to have more of a sauce or more garlic, but it was still really good and I’d go back. The mac salad is some of the best I’ve had. Tip: BYOB or drinks because they don’t serve any drinks, they’ll tell you to go inside the gas station market.
