Not sure what everyone loves about this place. Its ok. There is another Mexican food trucks about a half mile away that’s way better and cheaper. Not much charm. We had carne asada. Cheese quesadilla and shrimp tacos. The carne asada was the best they had. The shrimp tacos were below average. Don’t bother adding rice or beans for an extra $4. Get it ala carte. Staff was nice enough but no seating so get ready to take it on the go.

Only to go.

Food was ok, nothing special. I got the bowl, but the taste was very ordinary. There’s no place to sit inside. Portion sizes are big, perhaps good enough to be shared between 2 people.

JP took care of us….great service, super fabulous burrito with all the fixin/mixin’s you want. Great stop if you’re down this way to see the turtles and need a quick yet yummy burrito with some island love.

First food we got when we got to the island and it did not disappoint. My husband and I are what some would call amateur street taco connoisseurs, which really just means we eat a lot of street tacos. But Da Crack is in our top for sure. Delicious all around, huge tacos, lots of filling, good sides and good prices. Also conveniently located!

We loved this place so much, we went twice on our 5 day Kauai trip! The portions you get for the price (especially in Hawaii) are generous and very filling! I took off a star because the burrito fillings are not evenly distributed and the second time we went, I ordered a carne asada burrito and they forgot to put the carne asada in. We’d already made it to our hotel before we ate and I noticed. Half of the chips the second time were also burnt. BUT the portions and price made up for it. I still had a loaded burrito with beans, rice, fajita veggies, sour cream, olives, pico de gallo and none of the fillings are an extra fee my husband is vegetarian and loved the beyond meat option.

Great walk up window street food. My wife and I both got the bowls, customized to our preference. We were surprised by the portions! Great, filling lunch. I got the fresh fish, which was ono today (pictured) – a few bucks more than the other options but well worth it. My wife had the pork which was tender, shredded and delicious too.

Great tacos with fresh local ingredients. Loved the grilled fish tacos as a healthy dinner! Excellent service.

I’m from AZ and these are not authentic tacos (you can typically only get truly authentic tacos in or near Mexico), but they were fresh and delicious! We will definitely be back.

Note that there is only outdoor bench seating. This a quick stop on your way to Poipu beach.

Three only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because we’re couldn’t find anywhere to sit and eat nearby. Otherwise, fast and great value for the money. It was delicious too!

Pretty simple location but the pork tacos were one of the best things I ate on the island. Super packed with meat and good salsa. The sides are alright but definitely worth stopping by. Not much room to sit but good to take on the go.

Had the Ahi fish tacos with fire sauce and burrito bowl. Food was good but didn’t have the “WOW”factor. Would try again though.
