This is my go to dim sum place for takeout but maybe no more. The quality for some items have gone downhill. I ordered some Ha Gao and it all fell apart when trying to eat it. It used to be the best in San Leandro but now they’re wrapping it so loose it just breaks apart. The steamed spareribs are chewy and full of fat instead of tender and meaty. The steamed pork rice rolls are smelly with 80 percent fat instead of meat. The steamed chicken bun smelled and tasted like ammonia, I threw away the whole order..inedible!! The Sui Ma was still good but very fatty.

I’m gonna give them another chance in the future, but if the quality is bad, I’m not gonna give them my business anymore

I think I been there before and I actually stop by this month. The location is somewhat interesting ( away from freeway and next to residential / business area). The area plenty of parking and it is next to a supermarket.

Just a side note that they do take one hour lunch break I think it’s from 2-3 pm something like that. The time I went was after their lunch break and there are too many things to choose from. The order was quick and waiting for the food order take a bit time.

Overall the food is good and portion is decent. I don’t live near there so for me it’s just trying once in a while when I will be around that area.

Yes, loud Cantonese and Mandarin spoken, but if you are clear with your English order, you will get good quality dim sum quickly.

Two tiny 2 person table, and a high wall table with 4 tall chairs for sitting, as this place is oriented for to-go. They have several keep-hot boxes to hold many doordash calls, so you do not have to find parking in a medium size lots that often overflows with meal times from other yummy foods places in the plaza.

Get the har gow and shu mai!

I also enjoy their fish congee.

You dim sum, you lose some!

This is my first time trying dim sum, but I thoroughly enjoyed the food here. I started with a steamed pork bun, which was very tasty. The bread is quite thick, but the pork was perfectly cooked. Since the size of the steamed pork bun was so big, i think just one would be filling enough for breakfast.

I also tried the steamed pork bun, which was amazing. I prefer the steamed pork bun which was much smaller and less bread, but just as filling. I also had the pork dumpling & shrimp dumplings (pictured). The shrimp dumpling was very good if you’re into shrimp, the pork was good as well. The last picture is the steamed sesame balls with bean paste. They make for a great dessert; sweet, but not too sweet & excellent texture.

The service here is great as well. They only have a few small tables for dine-in, but its an option. If you’re in the area and craving dim sum, its certainly worth a try.

Serving absolutely hot, fresh and oversized dim sum of all kinds, this place, arguably in the middle of nowhere, (at least to me) in Windsor Square in San Lorenzo, serves up the best dim sum I’ve had in the East Bay hands down! The Har Gao (shrimp) was gigantic, fresh tender and tasty, and the Shu Mai (pork) was almost as big as my fist, the pan fried pork buns Char siu buns) were off the chart delicious, and the bean paste ball was crispy and hot.
This is just a whole other level of dim sum quality in the East Bay and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Most people are getting takeout but there are a couple of little tables there in case you want to eat on site which I did.

A delicious hole on the wall place for takeout only dim sum, porridge, and other Hong Kong/Cantonese foods! It’s affordable and they take credit cards without surcharges! The food is authentically tasty with good portions. No wonder ppl local and afar jam this place pretty , so come early if you still want your egg tarts!

My review of DT Dim Sum on 1970 Lewelling Blvd, San Leandro, CA 94579,
Dined in at this cozy spot for its intimate atmosphere. The dim sum truly stood out – the Char Siu Bun, both big in size and wonderfully tasty. The steamed Siu Mai, shrimp dumplings, and egg tart were delightful, and the BBQ pork Chee Cheong Fun was a standout. Don’t miss out on their incredible soybean drink. The wonton noodle soup was exceptionally yummy too. The restaurant staff was very friendly, making the overall experience worth trying. Highly recommend!

This place is so good. I’ve ordered from them so many times on DoorDash and every time. The time quality is amazing. It definitely satisfied me.

The food comes in hot and tasty. Even when I have leftovers and microwave it again the next day, the buns are still so flavorful and amazing. I love it. ❤️

Hongkong style dim sum and noodle place. Low key atmosphere, the food is pretty good and very reasonable priced. Will be my go to place for dim sum in East Bay!
