Had been hearing about this place on the MSP Wing Enthusiasts Facebook group. Was finally in the area, decided to give it a try, and was not disappointed.

I got the “Black widow” flavor because it’s their house sauce and I don’t care for spicy food. I was surprised how sweet the sauce was. It reminded me of brown sugar or maple with a savory base. Personally I missed the buffalo flavor from the wings so if you’re thinking about that sauce- just know it’s not a buffalo base at all. The wings were crispy and veryyyy saucy. All positives there.

Wings were pretty good. Didnt get to eat them right out of the kitchen but good overall. The 3 flavors I tried were BBQ pineapple, Asian BBQ and Black Widow. None were absolute must get so will try something different next time.

BAZINGA! Hot damn those were some good wings! Tried the Puff and Katana. Faith was super awesome and friendly, patient with us while we took forever to decide and the service from everyone else was top notch as well (this coming from picky pros in the industry). Cheese curds are plentiful with state fair quality goodness. Highly recommend this place!

We had heard nothing but positive reviews of this restaurant so my wife and I decided to give it a shot. We love spice and also love wings so naturally we figured a candidate for the “best wings in Minnesota” would be a good option. We ordered two of their signature sauces from recommendation, the black widow and puff the magic:dragon, and they were two of the least flavorful wings we’ve ever had. I usually don’t judge a restaurant so heavily based on my order, however when it’s a D-spot favorite menu item and they are both zeros I feel confident judging. All in all we tried 4 distinctly different flavors and entered in hoping for the best. 1/5 would not recommend.

Let’s start out with the wings; by far, the best I’ve had in a restaurant setting! Dare I say, ever. Absolutely amazing!! There are so many flavor options + my husband really enjoyed the beer selection!

D-Spot was incredible! This was my first time here and I was incredibly impressed. I went with a 6 and 6, trying the Reese’s and Chicken and Waffle wings. They were stellar. I will definitely be back

This place has been on my list for a while now. I finally made it and it lived up to its reputation. All the different wing options were overwhelming is a good way. We settled on the Jerk, Buffalo Bill, and Bathala’s Bliss. They were all great. Covered in lots of sauce but still crispy. I’ll be coming back next time I’m in the area.

D-spot’s variety and quality of flavors is top notch. As a sauce guy, I absolutely love how much they slather on the wings. When I get take-out I use a spoon to finish up the sauce in the container. It’s a true testament to their craftsmanship that the spiciest wing categories are still so full of good flavor.

Went with a few friends and between us we had a burger, fries, and 4 kinds of the many choices of wings. Everyone really enjoyed the food and I especially liked the witch doctor wings which was the hottest they offer. I’m truly a heat freak but so much better if they have heat and flavor which is exactly what that one has. As far as the service goes you do need to go to the counter and order food and beer which can be an inconvenience when you’re with a group as it seems someone is always missing from the conversation because they’re in line to order especially during peak times when the line can be 10 plus. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable so in my opinion it offsets the inconvenience.
