wish i could give service lower than that. i wish i could include a pic of my call log and how many times i called them because i was put on hold for literally 10+ minutes each call. on my life i called them 8 whole times. i paid for different side sauces and they gave me the ones the calzones came with originally which was not what i want or paid for (i have the receipt that says i paid for ranch) and i got marinara. i waited for 20 minutes before eating my food because i did not want marinara with my meal. but it’s clear they do not care about their customers and my money. they have done this multiple times and also messed up my friends calzone when he asked for no ham and salami instead, they gave him the original calzone multiple times.

They don’t actually deliver food. The service is advertised on doordash and here yet I never received my food, and hours after I received a text saying it was delivered. (It absolutely wasn’t)

My partner attempted to go to the restroom. Both were unavailable to patrons. I asked the person at the register if we could use one and we were told they don’t allow customers to use the bathrooms on certain days and that we could walk over to a laundry mat to pee. The manager got involved as we (50’s and not the stereotypical drunk 20-something) tried to help them realize we were no threat to the integrity of their bathroom. I was met with a very frustrating and insulting experience. We won’t be going back. I also think it’s pretty disrespectful, to us and to the other business, to send customers walking to this other business because they don’t want the headache. You picked the location, the good and the bad of it. Be better.

Wow. This company is usually pretty good but on the weekends I would never order from here. They not only take way longer than they’re promising but also never deliver at all. When I called they didn’t answer after 4 phone calls. Late night food I tough I get it but don’t promise something you can’t deliver. Such a disappointment.

Not only did they not deliver the food I paid for, they never answered their phone. I have read reviews where customers have ordered food that they never received and this trash company refused to give the money back. Hey D.P Dough….if I don’t get refunded for what I paid for I promise to make it my mission to let everyone in Manhattan, Kansas know how you operate. Learn to run a business or go away.

Paid for two 2 liters only got one told them no big deal but insisted they bring it and I am not tired and want to go to bed. So someone hopefully got a free 2 liter. Should really start making sure everything is correct.
