I ordered out of convenience for the location. When we walked by no customers insight employee (1) just playing on their phone. After shopping I go pick up my breadsticks employee is now talking on the phone with her friend. Still no customers in sight. When I got home and opened my box my breadsticks were burnt!!!! My order was the only order you probably had in hours and you still manage to burn it. If I lived closer I would have went back for a refund. But now I know avoid this place like the plague. Also breadsticks were $7.50 for like a personal size not worth your time or money.

The calzone and rolls were delicious. The cheese melted in my mouth. The strawberry milkshake I ordered wasn’t properly mixed, it was half white and half pink, so it was difficult to drink, but it tasted great! The staff member working was screaming and cussing in the back and making comments under his breath about people, which was a little uncomfortable, but the food was so good. Ordered here again and found out after waiting over an hour that they don’t have delivery drivers, they only use DoorDash. I ordered at 2:30am and never got my order and have to wait for a refund.

this used to be my favorite spot to come after the bars. The one girl Julia who used to work there was absolutely amazing. so fast and always accommodating but now it’s just a ton of rude old guys that cuss you out and the food taste not like it used to. She was THE best. BRING HER BACK!!

I’ve ordered from D.P. on multiple occasions and every time they meet or exceed my expectations! Food is well priced for great portions, and each new item you try makes the experience even better. Add tots to your calzone (or buy cheesy bread, my beloved) and get a milkshake for an awesome time!!
It’s awesome door dashed/delivered and when you eat it in the restaurant. Also… heating it up for the 2nd time in an oven? You get a real nice crunch.

Absolutely horrible management. Such a shame because the food and the young man working the counter were both enjoyable at my most recent visit. Todd, the manager, had a tone with his staff and customers and almost made me and my friends feel like an inconvenience. It was late at night and we had been drinking but we were still respectful of them and their space. Such a shame.

I walked in here and both female and male employee was sitting there on their phone. I walk over to the register and the girl is still sitting there in her phone and then finally looks up at me. Then the guy says “hi” not even like prompting me in anyway. So I just say “I have an order for pickup”. And I get my wings and there’s only sauce on half of them. Like okay I get it’s late, but don’t sign up for a job ur not gonna do

DoorDasher- Every single time I’ve been here, the staff are exceptionally kind, understanding, and friendly. The guy last night was apologetic because the food took an extra 3 minutes. It was refreshing to have someone be that conscious about delivery times. Even though it wasn’t an inconvenience.
I must note that this restaurant is always clean, despite the major foot traffic daily. Well done, yall. I appreciate your dedication.

On 2/13/24 I decided to take a completely different route home from a long appointment at Cleveland clinic so I could get vegan calzones. We go in DP Dough and the young man is friendly and kind. We drive 45 minutes to get home and I open my calzone and it’s full of onions. I cannot eat onions. I called and the same young man comped it. Half way through my husband’s calzone he starts spitting out a pink meat that was ham or salami. When you’re vegan you understand how traumatizing this can be. I message DP dough. They offer to refund my whole order( refund takes 8 days to go thru). There’s no apology or anything. Just a dry we will share this with our team. We went out of our way to get vegan food after a long day at the hospital and still had to figure another meal out. I f don’t think I’ll visit this establishment anymore. I wouldn’t recommend it for vegans or vegetarians as the cross contamination did happen to us.
****editing this review. They did return my money to my bank in the form of a check ( though I used a debit card) . Their check did not clear at my bank and I lost the refund $ PLUS a service fee for THEIR check bouncing! I called and asked for the owners number. They took my number for the manager to call me. He never did. They are not responding to messages. It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever had happen to me and I am debating whether to contact the better business bureau.
