Tried this place per a recommendation and it did not disappoint!
Ordered three pulled pork meals with various sides (we wanted to try different ones). They were all very good. Our favorites were the greens and BBQ beans.
Food was reasonably priced, nice serving size, fresh and tasty. The person taking our order was friendly and patient as we worked through deciding on sides.
Will visit next time we are in Galesburg. Glad to see the town getting more and better dinning options!

D-Bone BBQ has an excellent lunch and dinner menu, which I had the Brisket & Pork Belly Burnt Ends (exceptional), Coleslaw, BBQ Beans, Coleslaw, Onion Rings, and Corn to go for my lunch/dinner. If you like or love BBQ for lunch or dinner D-Bone BBQ is the place to go to in Galesburg/Knox County!

I want to explain my 3 star reviews first with hope I can change it to a 5+ Galesburg finally has a hidden gem in DBones BBQ. The owner has always been exceptional towards, his BBQ is leaves a smile on your face. The brisket is so good. Catfish off the hook. So why 3 stars? The hrs say that he’s open till 7. It takes me 20 to 30 min to drive there since I don’t live in Galesburg. I just drove there for the 6th straight time in a row and they were closed already. I love the food. Finally we have a BBQ joint with great food with prices that don’t break your wallet but I never know if he’s gonna be open or not. Im making a hr round trip for his food for nothing. If you say your gonna be open till 7 PLEASE STAY OPEN TILL 7. I want to see this place succeed i really do. But im gonna stop trying if I don’t know if there gonna b open or not. Im not gonna keep waisting a hr of my time on a hope that there gonna be still open. Thats all im asking

We stopped by for Saturday lunch for our first visit. The flavors took me back to our time living in Mississippi and enjoying our favorite small town BBQ spots. Delicious!
The flavors were cooked in and lasting, and the sauce added just the right extra kick. The potato salad was one of the best I’ve had in years.

We will definitely be ordering some larger portions to take home in the future. Highly recommend you come out and support local!

Some of the best pulled pork bbq I have had. We came off the interstate looking for a local place and we got lucky. Great food, prices, and the gentleman who waited on us was a very nice man. Take the trip, it’s worth it.

I was in town for work, searched barbecue restaurants and found this place. As soon as I pulled up, I could smell the smoke and knew I made a good choice. The pork and brisket were tender and delicious. Being someone who smokes meat myself, I’m sort of critical about others barbecue, but D-Bone makes good food. You won’t be disappointed.

I really enjoyed this place it wasn’t what I expected when I first pulled up, but was a nice little outdoor location. The woman taking the orders was polite, funny and very welcoming which started off the whole experience extremely positive. The food was cooked good and very tasty I had the ribs, potato salad and green beans and I was happy with all of it. I would definitely go again and recommend trying if you like BBQ.

Disappointing. The food was okay but not particularly good. The meat was tough; not easy to eat at all. It’s only ala carte (so just plastic tableware) but they had no knife — try eating rib tips with no knife to cut the meat off the bones; not easy to do. They had no catsup for the fries. They didn’t offer any napkins or utensils; we had to ask for them. I guess they just assume folks are going to pick it up and take it home.
