Cwispy CHKN serves never frozen air chilled chicken breast sandwiches and strips. We use locally baked milk buns from award-winning Wave Hill Breads for our sliders. We also serve loaded fries, mac & cheese, slaw, Boylan’s Bottling Co. all cane sugar sodas, dessert, and hand cut fries. All sauces are made in house using ingredients without any preservatives, unfermented soy, soy oil, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup or any artificial sweeteners. We only use 100% Avocado oil, Hawaiian pink salt, real honey, and maple syrup.

Whenever I have a craving for a quick snack but want to skip the guilt of fast food, Cwispy Chicken is always my top choice! Their food quality is truly unmatched—everything is fresh and made to order, which makes every bite delightful. I love ordering for pickup or through Uber Eats. Their house-made Miso Ginger sauce is absolutely fantastic, and I recently tried their new seasoning on the hand-cut fries, which blew me away! Plus, they use Bell and Evans air-chilled chicken breasts, local Wave Hill bread products, fresh, never-frozen fries, 100% avocado oil, and Hawaiian pink salt. The counter staff is incredibly friendly and pleasant, making each visit a joy. It’s definitely my weekly go-to spot!

Unfortunately not the best experience. Eventhough we ate our pickup order fast (within 3 minutes) the fries were soggy and the fried chicken was dry and not ‘cwispy’. We were the only customers there. So one would expect the kitchen to put out something good. Howver, the kitchen managed to hand out a burnt burger… Not returning here. Positive side was the waitress. Very helpful and friendly.

They no longer have the waffles or sliders, which is what I originally wanted to try. I ended up getting the tenders and they were very high quality and fresh. I really didn’t like the spicy BBQ sauce or the spicy mayo. The issue wasn’t the spice, the flavor just wasn’t good at all, and they should really consider changing the recipe for those sauces. On the other hand, the maple mustard was really good! The Mac and cheese needs more cheese and the cookies were decent. This place would be 5 stars if they had better sauce options to pair with the amazing chicken.

I’ve been eating here since they opened. A lot has changed over the last two years, but the quality of ingredients have remained the same. I try my best to eat healthy and their food leaves me guilt free. No seed oils, high quality chicken, and most of the sauces are sweetened with maple syrup. I usually get the tender meal deal to avoid the bread. Leaves me very full. My favorite sauce is the buffalo. The miso Mac and cheese is amazing. The use good quality pasta and the cheese is creamy. I don’t find the miso gives it any weird aftertaste. The croissant waffles are delicious. I love drowning them in maple syrup. I’ve had the loaded fries. Delicious. The cookies, buns, and waffles are all from wavehill bakery so you know it’s amazing! Love this place and hope they keep getting better.

Delicious meal at cwispy! Stopped here on my way to Boston and I’m blown away. The breading on the chicken is perfect and the sauces are crafted to perfection. Ate like an animal and I’m not even feeling bloated. These guys have something special going on.

First time at Cwispy Chicken. The service was great, friendly & attentive. I ordered the chicken & waffles. Waffles were on the thin side. Crispy on the outside & fluffy on the inside coated with the spicy maple syrup which had a tiny kick of spice. The chicken was fresh, tender and good on flavor.
I will order again if I were to crave chicken & waffles

Very fresh ingredients and chicken was perfectly seasoned and fried!
I ordered potato wedges, chicken&waffles with spicy maple, and their slaw. Potato’s were freshly fried and cut thin so you get the nice crisper edges also weren’t overcooked so didn’t feel dry. Chicken and waffles seemed like a good portion, not hefty, but that’s ok I prefer quality over quantity. The quality of the chicken is apparent and definitely not over cooked so juicy chicken with waffles. Slaw was good and well seasoned. Hope to go again soon!!

Finally made it to Cwispy Chkn, after a mix up with the hours (they’re closed for an hour mid day). Unfortunately, it was not worth the wait.
While the chicken was seasoned well, it was unimpressive. Not exceptionally crispy and I wasn’t impressed with the portion size either. The variety of sauces also fall short of anything amazing, and don’t do anything to try and save the chicken.
The Mac n cheese was a miso Mac n cheese. Why? I do not know but what I do know is i’d never have it again. Miso-disappointed Very bland and I think the miso gave it a strange aftertaste.
Also, there were no waffles! I was looking forward to chicken and waffles and apparently waffles were no longer on the menu and they “didn’t know when they were coming back”.
Lastly, even our lemonades were terrible. They came out of the fountain warm, and the ice it came with did nothing to help.
There were a few stools, but besides that there was no where to sit with our three year old, so we had to go back to our car to eat.
Unfortunately I think this will be our first and last time at Cwispy Chkn.

I ordered the 6‑slider sampler and was really disappointed. Each slider had just a tiny dollop of sauce on top to tell them apart, but the chicken itself wasn’t coated or flavored at all. Everything tasted bland and pretty mediocre. For the price and the concept, I expected much better. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place.
