C&W Steakhouse has a nice upscale atmosphere and the food itself was good, but the overall experience didn’t quite meet expectations, especially for a special occasion like Valentine’s Day. The steak was well-cooked and flavorful, and you can tell they focus on quality ingredients.
The seating layout felt a little odd and close together. It felt a little unusual and slightly close together, but it’s clear they’ve designed it that way to accommodate more guests and maximize the space. It didn’t ruin the experience, just something to be aware of.
Unfortunately, the service was a little disappointing. Our waitress seemed a little out of it throughout the evening. Our drinks were often left empty without being refilled, and she was forgetful about parts of our order. She also asked multiple times what we had ordered, even though it was a set Valentine’s Day menu, which made the experience feel disorganized.
Overall, the food was good and the atmosphere is nice, but the seating arrangement and service left room for improvement. With better service this could easily be a much better experience.

Overall, it was an okay experience. The steaks were decent, but not anything memorable. My husband actually had to send his first steak back because it was too salty, which was a little disappointing.
The service was good — our server was friendly and attentive, and we appreciated that.
That said, for the price point, we expected a bit more. It’s definitely on the higher end cost-wise, and the food just didn’t quite match what we were hoping for. Not a bad experience, just not one that wowed us.

My experience at C&W Steakhouse was phenomenal. I chose this restaurant for my proposal to my now Fiancée and it was an unforgettable moment for both of us.
James, the manager was willing to attack this task head on and helped tremendously. Michael and Rose were also a great part of the experience we shared. We look forward to coming here again.
My fiancée loved the mashed potatoes and I can second. The steak was phenomenal!

When we arrived, we were rather puzzled, because we felt sure that we’d been here before. However, I review pretty much every restaurant we visit and didn’t see one from me.
Turns out C&W Steakhouse is a rebranded restaurant – it used to be Fiore’s (Fiona’s? Can’t remember exactly now) Tapas Restaurant. They still offer a number of Tapas dishes, which we’ll have to try the next time we go. Now it’s a steakhouse though.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience! The filet was perfectly cooked, the Potatoes au Gratin were creamy & delicious, and the Crème Brûlée was subtle and exquisite. Our waiter, Dashawn (spelling might be wrong) was attentive & informative, but not overbearing. The atmosphere was quiet, classy, and beautiful.
It might be a while before we go back again, because we’re making an effort to try lots of new restaurants these days. But we’ll definitely look forward to it when we do.

I had a great experience at this steakhouse from start to finish. The dining room was warm and inviting, with just the right lighting and energy to enjoy a great meal without feeling rushed. The food was perfectly cooked with rich flavors, and high-quality ingredients that really stood out. What made the experience even better, was the service. Our waiter, John Paul, was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. This steakhouse is easily a place I’d highly recommend to anyone.

My husband and I were here to celebrate our anniversary, our server was very attentive. She went above and beyond our expectations. She had a very delightful attitude and anticipated our every need. Visited this location with a large group(10) for a birthday party; reservations were made. The waiters were exceptional, Micheal and Christian. The appetizers we ordered were fantastic – the table loved them. Cocktails were fantastic and many thought they were flavorful and strong. I had the Catch of the Day, which was snapper. Others order the pork chop, the salmon, ribeye, and I heard positive things. Like others mentioned the portions weren’t as expected, a bit small for the price but the food was tasty.

Watching them craft their Old Fashioned drinks right in front of us at the table was such a cool, upscale touch that made the night feel even more exclusive.

From the moment we walked in the team us made us feel completely Welcome. Our server was Maddie and she was excellent. She was quite knowledgable about the menu! We came here during Restaurant Week and the deals were amazing. My steak was cooked to a perfect Medium Rare and the Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Parmesan were the best I’ve ever had. The Caesar salad had a cool crispy thin toast that gave the salad a great little crunch. I’d eat them on thier own if it was on the menu. The wine choices are great and my Vodka Soda was money! The GM came by to see how we were doing and was quite pleasant. Waiting on dessert.

I switched up my sides to the Gorgonzola mushroom sauce and rice. I’m not a fan of mashed potatoes or seasonal vegetables, though I would’ve loved to have tried the creamed spinach. 
The Gorgonzola was very good, but strong so use in moderation - probably would’ve been better with the ribeye, but I enjoyed it.
The creamy tomato Parmesan sauce is my favorite. I recommend ordering extra – put mine over my rice and dipped the pork chop in it.
Service was stellar, ask for James – he is excellent, made good recommendations.
He informed me that everything is made in house, fresh, not frozen, not shipped in.
The flavors and texture (especially shrimp) were spot on.
I really enjoyed the pork belly, had a hint of heat but complemented the sweetness. 
Worth a try for sure!
