We had a wonderful experience and want to especially thank Flor for her exceptional service.

I was not feeling well during our visit, and she immediately offered help with such kindness and care. When I unexpectedly started my period, Flor went out of her way to find three different feminine products for me to choose from. I was truly touched by her thoughtfulness.

She was also very patient and friendly while explaining the menu and recommending the restaurant’s signature dishes. It was our first time in Miami, and thanks to Flor, we felt so welcomed.

We already love this city and will definitely come back. Thank you, Flor, for your warmth and professionalism.

We had an excellent experience at CVI.CHE 105 – Coral Gables. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor; you can truly taste the quality in every dish. Abeyardo was our server and provided exceptional service. He was very attentive, kind, and always made sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot-on and truly made the experience even better. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Came on a Saturday night with my parents. Our waitress was Ethell, she was absolutely amazing. No words can describe the care and hospitality given by Ethell. Every single one of her recommendations were a hit, really showed her knowledge about the menu. The food was delicious but truly what will bring us back the most is Ethell and her amazing service. The music and ambience were wonderful. We have been to other locations but this one is by far the best!!!

This place is fantastic! The food was so delicious, the atmosphere was eclectic, and the service superb. It feels like the perfect Miami restaurant. Flashy enough to dress up, but casual enough to not be intimidated. Would recommend any dish – it was all phenomenal.

we had a great lunch here. the space itself is really cool almost futuristic but grounded by nature. The service from start to finish was excellent from the welcome at the door to our excellent server, Alejandro. Who walked us through the menu step by step giving us a lot of knowledge about the dishes we wouldn’t have known. The food itself was amazing we had the veal heart and grilled octopus as appetizers and both were delicious. I love octopus and this appetizer was a treat. The ceviches were excellent we got a selection of 4 to try and we loved their award winning one the best definitely ask for that if you are in any of these spots. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived, the experience started on a positive note: the manager personally welcomed us and escorted us to our table. The service throughout was attentive and warm — both from our server and the rest of the staff — creating a detailed and genuine welcome that stood out.

The menu is broad and varied, as you can see from the photos, but not every dish lived up to expectations:
– The tacos were disappointing. The fish taco was dry, and the beef taco was overloaded with sauce, which seemed more like an attempt to mask the flavor than enhance it.
– The ceviche trilogy, already priced at $49, was a letdown when served with basa instead of corvina. To make matters worse, corvina was available only at an additional charge. For a restaurant at this price point, I find it unacceptable to substitute with a lower-quality fish and then ask for extra payment for the better option.
– The rice and risottos were solid, flavorful, and well-prepared.
– The branzino, while nicely cooked, felt clearly overpriced.

The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere, but it gives the impression that — as part of a franchise — it sometimes struggles to maintain the standards it promises.

First time visiting Miami and eating at CVI.CHE was an incredible start to our weekend. Alejandro was an excellent waiter for us. He gave us some kickass recommendations and everything was delicious – from the sangria and ceviche to our scallop nagiri and the Chef special pesto linguini! His recommendations were excellent and we loved the experience of eating here. If you are looking for a fun upbeat dinner night, definitely eat here.

Had an unforgettable dinner with my wife at CVI.CHE 105 in Coral Gables—easily one of the best Peruvian spots we’ve ever tried! Our server Michel was an absolute gem: warm, attentive, and spot-on with every recommendation. He guided us through the menu like a pro, and every dish exploded with fresh, bold flavors. The ceviche with fried shrimp was perfection and out of this world.

Michel made the night feel personal and fun—his passion for the food is contagious. We’re already planning our next visit. If you’re in Coral Gables, skip the rest and head straight here. Thank you, Michel, and the entire team!

We ordered the octopus leg, a steak, and a seafood paella. Overall, the portion sizes and flavors were quite good, especially the portions — they were very generous.

The octopus leg was excellent: very soft, tender, and full of rich, savory flavor. The seafood paella was also quite rich, with a strong seafood taste that we enjoyed. However, we weren’t a big fan of the white fish in the paella — it was a bit dry and slightly tough.

I had the steak, and while the pasta served on the side was delicious — very aromatic and rich in flavor — the steak itself was disappointing. It was overcooked, and parts of it that were in contact with the pan were slightly burnt/charred, which gave it a bitter taste when chewing.

Service could also be improved. My water glass was empty for quite a while, and no one came to refill it until I asked.

Overall, the food was mostly good, with highlights like the octopus and paella, but the steak and service brought the experience down a bit. A solid 4 out of 5.
