I am so glad that this food truck opened back again in a new spot where you can park easily in Apex Auto Service where there is a really big lot . The food is super good and the service is really fast. No long waits no fights over parking.

Man where do I begin. Owner really nailed it for me on my order just so much flavor and presentation for a food truck is amazing go out and try if your looking for some Middle East dishes so good. My kids like to try different things they all Loved it. I’ll be back again maybe twice a week!

The chicken shawarma arabi did not disappoint. The chicken was juicy and reminded me of Persian Joojeh kabob. It was flavorful and cooked so well. They also hooked it up with sauces. I’ll be back!

We had the falafel wrap and chicken shwarma wrap. Absolutely delicious. We go to UTMB which is 3 minutes away and found this gem. The person that served us (I believe an owner) was awesome. The wraps were so delicious that my wife (that is weird with chicken) loved mine! We will be back next week on the next visit to UTMB.

I used to love this place. I recently moved away and haven’t been able to have it. I was going to go for my birthday this year and despite their business hours saying open they were closed.
2 months later I make it back over here and order the family platter, which is what we always get. We get home with it and it only has the wraps. No beef log, beef, lamb, lamb fat, rice , or pita! Literally just the shawarma wraps.
If they were out of everything to make the family platter they shouldn’t have let us order it considering it’s the most expensive menu item. And there’s really no excuse because I called to place the order.
I’m officially done with Cuzz Trio. I’ll have to find a new place for shawarma, which is a shame. I’ve recommended them to SO many people.

OKKK,so after stalking all the reviews lol,I finally made the random trip here! Saw the Chicken Shawarma being the most popular item so I went with that! It was DELICIOUS! Chicken wasn’t dry which I was afraid it would be. That white sauce is to DIE for!! I made sure to get extra . Fries had a nice seasoning on them! The pickled veggies with my plate had a good tang to them as well! Although the grill was being fired up as we pulled up,he was quick with getting our order out. I want to try their definition of a burger next! Try it for yourself and see how you like it,plenty of options for everyone.

Ubayd does an amazing job making sure you feel the almost homey atmosphere that they love to give to every customer. The chicken skewers are the best in the area by a mile and their shawarmas blow abu Omar out of the water. Highly recommend coming here any time you need a good meal. Just give them thirty minutes if it’s a bbq item.
They did move recently a mile down from where they were but in a better location.
