Saw the place while driving by. I came on a cold day but they have a walk up window with outside seating. Also they do have a drive thru as well. I got a double cheeseburger, it was huge! Got quick service, very friendly staff. Have that southern hospitality service. By the time I was done eating the drive thru line was backed onto the road. Shows all the locals love this place. The good was great. They use fresh beef not the cheap frozen restaurant patties. While I was eating go the chance to see some wildlife. If you are passing by on I- 81 you got to stop.

this was my first time eating and it was very good! food seems to be made to order and was hot and fresh, service was fast and the workers were very nice. the onion rings are what i would consider “beer battered” and kind of have a sweet taste, and the chicken tenders are decent sized. my only complaint is that they tenders were a little too overdone for my taste but aside from that it was perfect! 10/10 recommend

Good burgers but the chicken is a waist of money, we had to wait 10 minutes for it which I didn’t mind so it would be fresh but it was tiny pieces about 2 inches long and very thin with a 3 piece being 4.25 with no fries. First and last time I buy chicken from them.

It has ben a very long time since I have stopped in at Cuz’s in Baileyton. They are just off 1-81 exit 36 in Greene County, TN. I went with the burger and fries. Both were good. There were way more fries than I could eat. I also had a cone of their pineapple ice cream. It was also good. Prices are very good for the quantity of food you get. Staff very friendly.

I live in Greeneville and I will drive to Baileyton to get a bacon cheeseburger from Cuz’s best burgers in the state. Great service, friendly people. If you like burgers ,onion rings or fries you will not find any better any where, and the prices aren’t bad either.

This is a great little spot to hang out for lunch or dinner on a nice day. They have tables outside and a great selection of basics. The double cheeseburger I got was massive and it came out pretty quick.
