We had a fantastic experience here, largely thanks to our server, Dylan. He went above and beyond, not only providing impeccable service but also acting as a local expert by answering all our questions about the area. Our drinks were never empty, and the food was excellent. Highly recommend asking for Dylan if you want a top tier experience!

We had a really mixed experience here. Our waitress (a younger blonde) gave us absolutely horrible service—she took our order and never came back to check on us. When we needed her, she ignored us, and we actually had to hold our check out in front of her to get her attention. We also noticed she was giving far more attention to tables that were ordering alcohol, which made the poor service stand out even more. Thankfully, other staff stepped in and helped by bringing drinks.
For food, we had a party of four. Two people ordered Old Bay Fries, but only one order came out. The Pizza Steak was okay, the Texan and the Balboa were both very good, and the Buffalo Chicken Philly was subpar.
The saving grace was the atmosphere, the food itself, and the other wait staff who picked up the slack. The service really brought down the experience.

The place for pizza in Jackson! We got the buffalo chicken pizza and removed the onions but added buffalo peppers. It was insanely good. Service was fantastic and everyone was kind. Loved this spot!

Cutty’s was an absolutely awesome experience and I can’t recommend it enough. The sports memorabilia is immense and you can tell the owner cares. The waiters were kind and very helpful throughout. And of course, the food was also incredible. I had a Nor’Easter cheesesteak and cheese bacon fries. The beef and onions were full of flavor, the pickles were incredible, and the choice of roll complemented the rest of it perfectly. The fries also had a lot of flavor and were very addicting. Pricing wise, it is definitely reasonable for Jackson, and the portions were huge, enough for me to have another meal from the leftovers. I couldn’t recommend this place more, definitely worth checking out.

Amazing lunch. The best club I’ve ever had. Chicken fingers were perfect. Fries to die for and a great hamburger. We were trying to get away from busy downtown and made the perfect choice!! Highly recommend!

Kind of a hole in the wall place but atmosphere was good like the sports bar vibe. Staff was friendly and attentive. The spicy Philly cheesesteak had flavor and boy did it pack a punch on spice. While I was working up in Jackson. I decided to stop at this place again. Known for their cheesteaks and pizza. I ordered the original cheesesteak with onion and wiz and Cooper sharp. The roll, is pretty good. The steak is seasoned decently. But I think where it falls short is the onions. They need to render the onions into the steak and mix in the cheese while its on the grill. They Def need a seeded roll option. The onion rings may be the best I’ve ever had. Crunchy and huge. 10/10 All in all this is a decent cheesesteak only falling short on the way its done. I give this steak a 6.7/10. Love this place and will be back again.

After researching food in the area, there is much complaining about price for what you’re getting. Some things I read led me here, and I’m glad they did! GREAT food for a decent price. The philly cheesesteaks are a must. Just delicious. Servers were kind, helpful, and attentive. Atmosphere was great! The outdoor seating was relaxing.
I asked if I could talk to the owner because I was literally laughing out loud as I read his long, witty responses to frustratingly bad reviews. They’re worth looking up. Over the top uncharitable reviews deserve to be checked.
I did get to talk with Jerry and had a great conversation. He’s a kind dude who wants to make things right if you do feel like what you ordered doesn’t seem right or you feel a mistake was made.
Also, he’s from the Northeast and knows what he’s doing with the cheesesteaks, so again, GO GET ONE! And Jerry, if you read this and remember me, please send me some snark despite the deserved five star review .
