We love bringing our pups with us to get coffee here! ♥️
Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, and the drinks have always been good. We stop by a few times a week as a treat! The mocha frappe, vanilla chai and lotus drinks are our go-to options. ☕️

We’ve been coming here since we moved here in 2018 and it was Peninsula Perk!
The people who work/ed here are awesome. Some of those girls ended up coming to our wedding because of how often we went there and how close we became! Shannon, Rebecca, Gwen, Janice are all the bestest of people. The newer crew is super nice as well!
I have a pissy dog who has known this stand since he was a puppy and he loves, loves loves coming here and they are all so sweet with him!
It has gotten slightly more corporate and prices went up when Cutters Point took over so we don’t come as often, but like I said the crew are great. It’s still a place we look forward to going on a weekly basis. Love you girls!

I don’t usually leave reviews but this was the most disrespectful experience I’ve ever had. I’ve worked in coffee for over 7 years. My parents, maid of honor and I came to get coffee this morning before getting ready for MY WEDDING which my mom mentioned and she still acted like this. This was 9/16 around 6:40am and the woman was probably in her 30s with black hair and a bit skinnier wearing a black outfit. My mom was on one side and my maid of honor and I were on the other side because we were driving to our venue. My mom was really excited and said she was going to pay for us and she already seemed very uninterested, she took their order (2 drinks). Took forever to acknowledge us, once she finally did I told her my drink and she just walked away before we could tell her our other drink. So I waited for a while, she finished the other 2 for my mom and brother so I told her we have another one and she rudely said to wait.
My drink was a 16oz iced decaf (I’m pregnant) sugar free white chocolate, little sugar free raspberry americano packed with ice, no water and topped with oat milk, mind you I’ve gotten this from hundreds of different coffee stands and made it for myself and it’s always able to be filled to the top. She showed me the cup with like less than a 1/4 cup full and asked if I just wanted a splash of oat milk and I was trying to think of what to say bc it wasn’t correct and she got pissed, rolled her eyes, and slammed the drink and oatmilk down because I was “taking too long” and said “I’ll just wait” then she messed up our other drink and said “now I messed this up” like it was my fault and threw the cup. I told her how I normally make/get the americano and she argued so I told her to just not worry about it and fill the rest of the cup with oat milk. She gave us our drinks and walked to the window with my mom, and we were waiting bc I wanted to ask for a pup cup for my dog bc I was planning that all morning to give my dog a pup cup who was getting ready with me before my wedding.
She saw us waiting while she was waiting for my mom to pay and she said “they are paying for you, you can go” I said “I know we are leaving with them” and before I could finish she interrupted me and told me there’s a car behind us (who just got there) so we needed to pull forward. I got annoyed now and said okay and laughed. Before I could ask for the pup cup she slammed the window on me. So I waited, I beeped the horn and she was cussing to herself while she counted my mom’s change and she ignored me. My mom told me she tried to tip $5 and she said “just go” and my mom said “I want to tip you?” And she told her to just leave but my mom gave it to her anyway because she had no idea how we were getting treated on our side.
So I honked again and I told her I was trying to ask for a pup cup for my dog before we leave and she said “no you guys can just go” and slammed the window shut.
On my wedding day and for absolutely no reason she does not need to take her stress out on customers. It was 4 easy drinks and we were very nice until we started getting attitude. Incredibly disrespectful especially on the morning of my wedding. Worst customer service any of us have ever experienced.

I have been coming to all your gig harbor locations since i was a kid i have never experienced disrespect from any of your baristas until i go to your bridgeway location 6/13 at 12:30 ish and the barista with the red curly hair and glasses has a nasty attitude. I never usually complain about employees because ive been in customer service myself for 7 years but she has very poor customer service and personal skills.I was scrambling to find my wallet and she decided to say “it’s like you’re a distracted driver or something” when i was trying to find a cash tip for her. i seriously think you should reconsider her position as i will never be buying from her again. This is not the first bad interaction i have had with her either.

They make good espresso shots. Your coffee never tastes burnt, or watery, it’s dang near perfect. Full flavor, sweet when you want. I’ve tried other Cutter Points but this one is the best so far. ❤️ drive safe lol.

I visit a friend here once a week and I went here when it was peninsula perk and when it became cutters point coffee. I loved peninsula perk, but I also love this new cutters point. Negative reviews on this new coffee place are NOT on point! They are just upset their favorite coffee shop changed. This new coffee shop is great, great coffee and very nice people working here. They are fast and kind. My friend tried the new watermelon mint tea they have and she said it’s delicious. Price is basically the same as anywhere else you’d go. I will continue going here when I visit. Thanks cutters point! Don’t let the bad reviews get you down!

My drink never tastes right when I come here, today I had no choice but to stop here if I wanted coffee and I need it today. I think she forgot the white chocolate which is what gives it the sweetness. Sucks because the location is primo, but I won’t return because they just can’t ever seem to get it right.
