Cusamano’s Bar is a old school gem.
Cold beer, great pizza, and music events like STL Vintage Nightfest, Deep Circuits, and others…

This is for the Warrenton store. I would not call this pizza. Its more like sauce on a saltine cracker. The garlic bread is nothing special. The Caesar salad was wilted and room temp. Just a few croutons that were hard as a rock. Just a sprinkling of cheese. The dressing hot and tasted old. We have wanted to try this place for awhile now. Never again. Does the St Louis area even know what pizza is?

****IT’S BEEN 5 YEARS SINCE COVID*****

THEIR DINING ROOM’S CLOSED—MILKING THE PANDEMIC LIKE IT’S THEIR SECRET SAUCE! FIRST, THEY BROUGHT US COVID & NOW THEY’RE KEEPING THEIR CHAIRS STACKED & TABLES EMPTY, HIDING BEHIND THE ‘COVID EXCUSE’ WHILE COUNTING TAKEOUT PROFITS!

THEY HAVEN’T LET A SINGLE CUSTOMER DINE IN SINCE 2020! MAYBE THEY THINK WE WON’T NOTICE, BUT COME ON, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REOPEN A DOOR? AT THIS RATE, THEIR DINING ROOMS WILL REOPEN JUST IN TIME FOR THE NEXT VIRUS THEY RELEASE ONTO US!

KEEP MILKING IT, GUYS—MAYBE YOU CAN CLOSE DOWN FOR ANOTHER 5 YEARS!

Nick, the owner is a one of a kind guy. He is Mr Maplewood even though it’s a St. Louis business. He owns both sides of the street on Manchester so it’s a great place to park too. Not to mention if you’re smart you can drive home with no problem due to the fact that it would be improper for the law to patronize his parking lot for their work so they tend to stay clear. That works for Maplewood as well. They cant just circle his business so they leave them alone, and there’s no real need for them anyway. It’s well run with hot bartenders and inside or outside seating, free music with Nick as the dj. He let’s people pick their tunes and he magically pits them all together to where it meshes. He’s a master in his domain. It’s a good bar to go to grab a drink at 2am step outside if it’s not too cold and have a cold one while you torch up a J and enjoy the always changing scenery as the evening glow eases through your body relaxing you into submission until those almost forgotten words ring out like an army lieutenant with trash can lids…

Good time, great 5$ pizzas. The owner is NOT a racist, as stated below, he just doesn’t put up with any crap. Always a good time! Always drink specials and very personable bartenders. Owner is usually there and doles out the occasional party shot for all!

Not just a dive bar, pretty much just sunk. Nothing changed or updated likely since the initial opening decades ago. As the “official after party” of a rave we went to, was disappointing and an absolute money grab.

It honestly looked like they’ve been closed and abandoned years ago. I thought it might have just opened up solely for a one night event. This place probably peaked in the late 90’s and doesnt appear to have had any further upkeep or investment from the owner since then.

Beer selection is basic. It claims to be a pizza place, but that was not an option during my visit.

Service was very friendly though. I might have some negative feelings about the facility overall, but the staff was really solid.

It’s so very sad that this place is going downhill as much as it has.I started going here when I first turned 21 in back then it was the absolute best spot to go to. It had greatly price drinks. Well within anybody’s budget. Knowledgeable staff, great music, just an absolute blast of an environment. Every week we went here it seemed like an amazing adventure. However nowadaysthey’re usually just seems like there’s nobody there, or just some questionable activities in general. And one day I decided to go back here just tohave a couple of drinks with a buddy of mine since it was so close. It was just really weird that there was somebody else they’re selling crystals for healing or whatever the hell it was upstairs. And it was next to dead. I don’t know maybe I might be just overthinking it but this place can definitely use a lot of work. Now I only can the aesthetics use decent amount of work. But they definitely got to get more people in that building. This place went downhill very quickly over the last 8.

Dark, dirty and loud. Not a place you want to go to for a relaxing night out. Probably the nastiest dirtiest men’s restroom I have ever seen. Beer in cans, sticky bar top. Nice people but they need to gut the place and redo it. 1 star
