Do not waste your time or money here. I have literally never posted a negative review, but when I paid $20 for a meal that wasn’t edible, I felt compelled to stop others from making the same mistake. I ordered the chicken sandwich and it was undercooked, tasteless, and the fries that came with it were cold. There was also no one ahead of me and it took nearly 30 minutes to make my meal as the cook worked at the pace of a snail. After one bite of my sandwich and one bite of my fries, I had to throw it away. Very disappointing.

Absolutely do not try and order a quick bite to eat if in-between flights from this place. I placed an egg, cheese, and bacon bagle order at 0749, and by 0820 it was not even close to being ready. This is a simple thing to make and should really take 10 min at most. Staff was very inefficient, poorly communicating with one another, and had no clue where they were at in orders. Went to cancel my order and was given a slip of paper to go to a website for a refund. The fact that they have these papers ready to hand out should tell you how poor the service is. Wish I could have tried the food, but now I know to avoid this place all together. It’s sad cause there was close to 30 people waiting on orders.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!! There were 3 guys working behind the counter and lots of people waiting for food. They would put 1 burger on the grill then wait a bit before they would put another on. I waited for a half hour to get my burger. Then my burger was burnt. The worst burger In my life. $25 for a burger I could hardly eat!! The workers need to spend time cooking instead of standing around talking when they have several people waiting for their food. Shut this place down!

Where do I begin…. I was waiting almost 40 minutes for my food because the lady upfront was left alone while others peeked out and then returned to the back. No way should a burger and fries that cost right at $20 be so small and dry. Fast food restaurants make a burger that is 1000 times better for less than $10. No seating, so you are standing there waiting, and once I finally got my food, I went and sat another restaurant nearby. Just save your time and money and go to another place to eat. I do want to point out that the lady that was working alone upfront never lost her composure even though most people would’ve with the line of people waiting.

Very RUDE!! No way to order soda on menu. Person said they can get that for me. Took 30 minutes just to get my order! Then wouldn’t give me drink. Wouldn’t talk to me. Kept mumbling to himself. I wasn’t the only one with problems. Only 3 orders and took everyone a long long time to get it

Placed an order as I was dyin to eat. Diabetic and my blood sugar was running low. Requested them multiple times to prepare the order (ordered the hot dog bundle that comes with fries) faster as I was waiting for more than 10-12 mins just for a hot dog and even told them to cancel the fries …just give me the hot dog.
