I ordered the Original Fried Chicken Sandwich with Crinkle Cut Fries, and a Vanilla Shake. The sandwich was pretty good, and the fries were fine.

I wish I could review the shake, but their machine was down. This became problematic because you order on the touchscreen, and to get a refund, you have to go through this entire process of scanning a QR code and filling out a survey. The employee manning the station didn’t speak English, so we had to rely on our smarts and faith in Providence that we submitted the form correctly. Honestly, the process was horrible, and made me regret stopping here from the outset.

Despite the rigmarole, the chef was friendly, even though, again, we couldn’t communicate besides pointing. But be warned, it took about 15 minutes to get our food, so if you’re in a hurry, this isn’t a fast food stop.

The worst $20 I ever spent. The only saving grace is that I had a $12 voucher from a long delayed flight – so I spent $8 on decent bacon. The rest was a disaster. Burger was sopping with grease and raw inside. The employee making the burgers was alone and making one burger at a time. Don’t waste your money for their slop.

Shaman and his co-worker worked well as a team. The food was amazing, bacon crispy and burger juicy and fine too perfection. Your staff were grieve courteous and polite. We’ll be back. The double cheeseburger will be our choice once again. Xo

I am avid travel and pass through this airport very often, I can say I have never been treated this way by a restaurant staff. If I could give zero stars I would. The staff were incredibly rude and unwilling to help. One of the customs options was cream cheese but didn’t opt to pick a choice of flavor. I asked the gentleman if you can choose your choice and he said “ well yeah that what choosing means” I explained the system you order from doesn’t give you an option to pick the cream cheese flavor. After I received my bagel it was missing the sausage. I spoke to the same man and explained I was confused about my order. He continued to give a horrible attitude that even someone next to me was shocked by the way he was speaking to me. I told him I don’t appreciated his attitude as I was just trying to get what I paid for (18$ for a bagel with egg and sausage) The bagels was so full of cream cheese it made it soggy to the point of being inedible. Traveling can be a stressful event and I am aware of the over priced food options at an airport, but a little kindness and respect goes along way. Will never order food from this establishment again and will spread the word for others to not do so as well.

Got the double. It was fresh and good. The fries also exceeded expectations. You can’t really get decent burger in this town for less than $15, so $20 at the airport is a-ok with us.

Overpriced, under staffed. Burger was overcooked then it was cooled off by the time I got it, fries and a 20oz soda : $25. For the the length of time it took and the quality, you’re better off with McDonald’s. Took over 20min with three people working. Manager nowhere in sight

Go elsewhere. The burger looked good but apparently a salt shaker broke open on top of it & they served it to me anyway. The fries were mid but at least not disgusting. The cost was outrageous but that is because in an airport terminal they have you over a barrel. The people serving were rude, slow to get the food made and kept going into the back. They also made ONE burger at a time despite having a huge grill and 3 employees that drifted in & out of view and a line of people waiting for food. There are other options near this gate, use them!

This is a great place from my experience. Was slightly expensive but that’s to be expected in the airport. Good selection of sandwiches, I chose the fried chicken sandwich and fries which was amazing The service was great although a little slow (15 minutes) but was fine because only one person was making the food. Would definitely go back! As far as all the negative 1 star reviews I don’t know what to say, my review was posted since a lot of 1 star reviews so maybe they improved. Possibly I caught them on a good day but the people were nice and the fries had salt and the food was not undercooked and my order came exactly as I wanted it so yea, in my experience it was legit

If I could give zero stars I would. The gentleman taking my order couldn’t understand I didn’t want mustard on my chicago dog, then continued to cancel my order and order a plain hotdog.
After finally understanding what I was requesting, I was given a poor excuse for a chicago dog. The bun was initially not poppy seed, the relish is wrong, the tomatoes are ravadged chunks not wedges and it has bell peppers not spicy sport peppers. It also tasted atrocious. I only had two bites of the rancid meat before I threw it away. I reviewed the image of their chicago dog on their menu. It does appear to me a traditional chicago dog.
I strongly do not recommend this place.

If you want a burger eat the cost and go to one of the more expensive places if you can.

First of, having one employee working alone for a place that is pretty busy is probably a big reason for the horrible quality. That being said, that one employee worked his way trough the orders fast and efficiently.

We ordered classic burgers but without the pickles and ketchup, but with extra cheese. What we got had no (and I mean that literally) cheese at all. I’m guessing that because of the high volume of orders he simply misread our orders by it still feels aggrevating since we paid extra. Speaking of paying extra, drinks are not included and is 4$ extra. Just go to the vending machine close by.

The fries were OK, but there is no seasoning for you to use so you get what you get.

The burger was so dry that if you put this and a McDonald’s burger up against each other McDonald’s would win.

There is a lot of seating!

Between the bad food and the caterwauling that is supposed to pass for music I would be very happy to not return to this location.
