Quite possibly the best Reuben sandwich I have ever tasted…and I order one whenever I eat out, if it is on the menu! Definitely stop by when in town. Nice people, great eats and a clean space.

Husband had the American hero cold sandwich and I got the sandwich with ham, bacon, and Swiss cheese warmed. Cold iced teas out of their cooler. Best ham I have ever had and sandwiches came with lots of meat. Very crispy thick bacon on mine as well

Great sandwich shop in Custer. We stopped in after exploring at Wind Cave National Park. The service was great and the food was even better. The meats are prepared in house. We had the Super Duper Club, Custer Club, Spicy Pastrami, and Italian. All were delicious. The meat was really good.

OMG, the bread pudding is worth coming here, even if not getting a meal. The food is delicious. A fun thing done here is when you get the bill it is tucked in a small book. An actual book you could read, and you can sign your name inside. A little fun. Family friendly, easy and relaxing right in the main drag

Great deli right outside of Custer State Park! It was refreshing to see a quick, delicious, independent deli in the midwest. The owner was also very friendly and nice to talk to – I’d definitely stop by here again if I end up back in the area.

Custer Deli is top notch. The made in-house pastrami is excellent and feels like an authentic NYC deli experience. Reasonable prices and great quality.
