Pretty yummy pizza, nice thick crust if you’re into that. We actually got this as a Too Good To Go so we only spent $5 total for both. We were early and they were nice enough to let us grab it anyway.

If you’re looking for hot wings WITH FLAVOR, not just heat, look no further! If you’re looking for a fresh salad, i highly recommend the steak salad and the Greek salad wIth either chicken or steak. The Cusimano pizza is amazing and resembles lasagna in flavor. The chocolate frosted brownie is hit or miss, but when they’re fresh, they are AMAZING!! I got delivery, so I will adjust the atmosphere stars when I visit in person. The delivery driver was kind, courteous, respectful and timely.

Cusimanos has been one of my families favorites for years, but in less than 24 hours they just destroyed every bit of their reputation. The Brockport location in particular… terrible customer service, the manager Megan was unprofessional, rude, and not helpful. After lying and then denying to deliver our food, I called over to the Medina location to speak with the manager they said had moved there, Mark. The manager at the Medina store that evening was great, said she would reach out to Mark and i would hear from him or the owner Jimmy. I have heard from no one. Called back today and apparently Mark doesn’t want to talk to me, and directed me to call and speak with the same Megan girl that was rude from the day before. 100% destroyed every single bit of respect I had for that company in 1 interaction. I would not recommend, do not give your money to a company that could care less about their customers.

You can’t eat in so atmosphere gets a 1 star service is a 2 because although ive had straight forward orders that haven’t been messed up the second you try to use a coupon everything gets too complicated for the phone girls to handle. As for the food I thought it was a solid 3.5 before today where I got a hair in my pizza and the first thing they did was ask me to bring it back to the store. Now I’ve ran a pizza shop for over 6+ years and you never tell someone to bring it back to the store. If you mess up something and have drivers at your facility then you should automatically tell the customer that you will deliver it. I’m not wasting my time and gas money to come fix a order they messed up.
