I tried more than once to order from this place and each time, the chicken wings came undone. I even requested that this order be done ‘crispy’ which they said was a 25 minute cook. They were soggy and not crispy. I am starting to realize that maybe this is how people in Medina like their food. Maybe people in Medina like overpaying for lower quality because it is the same theme across the board. Customer service, anyone? The owner offered me a refund until I said I was leaving a review. He then said “okay if you are leaving a review, I will not be giving you a refund” — That is fine with me. I would rather let people know to not waste their time. They also delivered the wrong food, so this was a 2 hour wait for food that was not done. Lovely. Maybe one day people will stop giving their money to places like this. Maybe that will make these places do better. Maybe it will make them care more. Wake up, Medina is not the only place in the world. These businesses act the way they do because you let them.

We stopped in to Cusimano’s Pizza for a couple of slices. Wow! They were delicious. We got a cheese and pepperoni slice and a buffalo chicken slice. The crust was amazing! We should’ve gotten a whole pie. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the area.

Do not under any circumstances put money into the “tips” jars on the front counter by the cash registers. The owner/owners pocket everything and none of the employees ever see it. There prices are ridiculously high and the food is poor quality. Avoid this place and please choose Mark’s Pizzeria instead.

Place is clean and there is a lovely seating area for eating inside. They have everything you need, plates, utensils , sauce. The pizza was EXCELLENT! It was so delicious, chewy and crispy at the same time. Absolutely delicious. We got the supreme and it was sooo good. Definitely worth it. The guy who took my order is really nice and has amazing customer service skills. I should’ve asked his name. Might’ve been the owner but I don’t know. But amazing food, customer service, and clean environment.

Out of all sweet sauce pizzas I’ve ever had… This place right here has the best! Right down from the crust to the sauce to the cheese to the pepperoni it’s just perfectly proportioned… And the best is for service they told me 45 minutes to an hour and they are here in 30 minutes I was quite pleased… I will definitely be getting my pizza from here for now on

Ordered 4 items. They got my sub wrong, order a blue cheese and an Italian dressing for other 2 items and didn’t get those. I went back to get the correct sub and the dressings. When I got back home That sub wasnt made right either. COME ON PEOPLE!! it’s not that complicated!! What the sub looks like when you get it

This pizza spot is unreal, had stopped by on a whim since we ended up in the area (not from there) and boy was i blown away, staff was very polite and the food was incredible, had a white garlic and tomato pizza and buffalo wings and both were incredible I’m only sad because I ate all of the pizza I had left that same night, it was so good. highly recommend you give them a try it wont disappoint
