The atmosphere and simulators are cool, but those are the only things that are any good at all here. They were less than 15% full with more staff than customers, and they still failed. The service was terrible and the food wasn’t great. It took several minutes for our server to great us, then when ordering, they informed us they were out of fries… how? There’s no one here and it’s the off season. Our server would disappear for 10 minutes at a time leaving us waiting for refills. The food took an hour to come out… how? There’s no one here! Bathrooms weren’t kept up either. We wont be back, and I plan to complain to the resort.

The concept was truly wonderful. However, the service we received was quite disappointing. We found ourselves needing to request everything, including drink refills, and we waited for an hour and a half before our food order was taken. By that point, nearly all of our two-hour reservation had elapsed. The customer service experience was not ideal. Considering there were only four tables in the entire restaurant, three people standing at the bar working, and at least 4 to 5 servers that could be seen, I would not recommend it for service, but the cages were great. I would give zero stars for service.

Came here for my little sisters birthday dinner, ordered and waited for over 40 min for them to bring out the food. Everybody was starving and we didn’t get to eat until after 8pm. We had gotten there around 7 and ordered around 7:15p. The food we ordered was the nashville hot chicken sandwich and absolute nothing about it was nashville hot. it was literally fried chicken between two buns with sum slight sweetness to it. I’ve had nashville several times at other establishments and this was by far the worst “hot chicken” I’ve had. I ate because we were absolutely starving by the time they finally brought it out. I would never eat here again, not to mention how overpriced the sandwich was but that’s whole nother story. 2/10 experience

I’m surprised to see they have a 3.6 rating. They’ve only been open a week so we need to give them a little bit of time now my first visit the other day was excellent. My server was very knowledgeable. His name was Jamie and he was super fun the manager Jamie was also very nice And concerned with her guest and our experiences. She walked around and introduced herself as well. My next visit, our waitress was not so great that she wasn’t horrible just lacked understanding and it’s OK. I know in time she’ll do much better. My order was completely wrong even though I saw her write something down but my food was good so I really have no complaints. This is a very fun place for the whole family. The food options are perfect for a quick bites and a little fun with the family or just hanging out with friends.

We had a WONDERFUL time at Curveball Kitchen/Okana! Kayla was a fantastic and attentive waitress, ensuring we had everything we needed and were never left looking around for assistance. The food was delicious and very filling, we definitely had leftovers! The restaurant itself is intentionally and impressively decorated, we had so much fun sitting on the baseball glove chairs! 10/10 recommend coming here and be sure to ask for Kayla to serve you, you won’t regret it!!

Came to visit family and stopped here on the way out of town and had a great time. Shi our server was the best! Great personality, attentive, funny and made sure we never needed refills and checked on us throughout our dinner. Loved the simulator games and the drinks were amazing. Shi helped me pick the best drink ever (since I hardly ever drink) and had good options on the menu because I was so hangry I couldn’t decide lol I’d definitely go back if im ever in the city!

This was our first trip to Okana Resort and decided to check out Curveball Kitchen which was an absolute fantastic experience. Food was awesome. Atmosphere was great. Most importantly, the service was outstanding thanks to our amazing and attentive server Electra!! Highly recommend!!

I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered the patty melt, and it was extremely dry. The bread was overcooked, the meat was overcooked, and overall it had almost no flavor. It was honestly one of the worst patty melts I’ve had.
The macaroni and cheese was just as bad. It was bland and unbearable to eat. We even tried adding marinara sauce just to give it some kind of flavor, but it still didn’t help.
The service made the experience worse. After we were seated, the person who took our table just dropped the drinks off and disappeared. About 10 minutes later she came back out and told someone else to take care of us instead. I’m not sure if she was a manager or just didn’t want to deal with the table, but it was strange and unprofessional.
Overall the food quality and service were both very poor, and it made for a really frustrating experience.
Edit: the patty melt was 23 dollars 23 DOLLARS THE ONLY SEMBLANCE OF FLAVOR THIS FOOD HAD WAS MY TEARS AS I ATE IT.

Worst service I’ve had in a long time. For a party of six, the baseball concept was cool, and both the kids and adults enjoyed it. But the service was absolutely bleak and awful. We had to ask several times for service. The waitress was never around; our drinks stayed empty for an hour. Her attitude was as if she didn’t want to be there and that we were an inconvenience. After an hour and a half, she finally came around to take food orders. By then, we were starving and upset with the poor service. For a place that charges $100 pre cage an hour and $100 in food, with a total bill around $300, we expected better service. We enjoy trying new places, but this is one we will not recommend. We will continue to go to Topgolf, even though our boys are in 9U league team and love baseball. We thought we’d give this a try. Considering we were visiting the new location, the staff at okona were a hundred percent more pleasant than at the curveball kitchen.
