I had an amazing experience at Curuba in Allen. The food was absolutely incredible and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and perfectly prepared. The patacones with shredded chicken and melted cheese were delicious and packed with flavor, and the bandeja style breakfast plate was outstanding. The chorizo, crispy pork belly, steak, beans, rice, and egg were all cooked perfectly and the portions were generous.

The presentation was beautiful and the flavors were authentic. You can tell a lot of care goes into the food here. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was friendly and attentive.

If you are looking for something unique for brunch or breakfast in Allen, this place is a must try. I will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely no notes. Amazing breakfast. We had the brisket burrito and Benedict . They use real rice (big deal for me lol). I even spotted their matcha was organic which to me shows they care about quality. Each bite of my burrito was so flavorful. Usually w breakfast burritos I get tired of it by the 6th bite , but I had to keep going until I was full. I ordered the drip coffee with 1 pump hazelnut and whipped cream- very different from what I usually get- and it was so good guys. Can’t wait to come back. They can have all my money.

I recently went on a trip to Dallas and someone recommended this place to us. It was out of the way from where we stayed but it was worth it 100%! Most of us had Ajiaco, but we didn’t have high expectations because it’s always a hit or miss. HOWEVER, we were blown away! It was absolutely delicious, the presentation and the portion size were great, it took us all back to memories from back home! ‍
The staff were all kind, they were genuinely excited for us to be there and you could tell their passion for what they do. We also had the empanadas which were yummy and closed it all with a delicious miloja! If you are in town it’s def a must!

Best Colombian food in Dallas. We ordered sweet plantains with cheese, an Ajiaco soup and a Chuleta Valluna plate and everything was amazing.
The service was incredible and kind… like Colombians! Sofia was very attentive with our table.

This restaurant is fantastic. The foods is fresh and delicious. I haven’t had anything I didn’t like. It is small inside, so get there early or make a reservation. The wait is totally worth it though.

We came here for lunch and had the most amazing meal! To drink, I ordered the delicious Lulo Milk Smoothie and my husband ordered the coffee, which was so well balanced and smooth it tasted so good black! For an appetizer, we ordered the special of the month plantains and brisket, which was so good I could have that as a meal! For entrees, I ordered the Bandejita and my husband ordered the Bandeja Paisa, both were so good and the pork in my husband’s dish was phenomenal!! We are looking forward to coming back to try more dishes and their pastry items and would definitely recommend this place!!
